Ordered online, got our food and realized we got the wrong sandwiches (kinda), we ordered a quarter pounder with cheese no pickle extra onion and a double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. What we got was a quarter pounder with no onions and a double with no onions no pickles no mustard and add shredded lettuce. And to add to this both sandwiches were undercooked to the point where we didn’t even eat them. Thanks Leominster McDonald’s, if I were you I’d avoid and just go to five guys.

I asked for a pokemon pack on my birthday and the worker started singing to me then and there, and ended up giving me both the pack and a shamrock shake in the spirit of my holiday. 10/10 would visit again when in Fitchburg.

I ordered online and when I got to the store I got my food but unfortunately my drink wasn't ready yet because of something with the machine. Luckily they were very nice about it so I didn't mind the extra wait and it was worth the wait as well. I personally always get good service when I go to most McDonald's so I appreciate this store for continuing that.
