No longer mikes pizza. American pie pizza.I ordered a chicken Alfredo pasta. I received a pasta dish covered in mozzerrella. It did not taste at all like Parmesan/alfredo. It tasted only like mozzerrella and garlic. (My sous chef bf tasted it and said the same) When I called to politely request a refund and explained my reason the owner argued with me offering a replacement dish but would not give a refund. He did not know what I meant that it was mozzerrella not Alfredo. I explained that I want a refund not replacement because 1. I already went home and I live the town over. 2. If they can’t make an Alfredo with the correct cheese I don’t want anything else because I don’t know if their other dishes will be made with the correct ingredients. He tried arguing that he can’t just refund because a customer doesn’t like how it tastes. I said it’s not “taste”. It’s a completely different cheese.

Online ordering horrible. Couldn't select toppings. Ordered a chicken cordon blue sub, it came with no cheese. My friend's grilled chicken sub was too salty for him to eat. Won't be going

Prior to me moving to Texas I had always gone to Mike's Pizza since 2009. I knew Mike also before he moved to Greece. I have always bought my subs at Mike's. I recently return to Fitchburg to visit and went to Mike's for me favorite sub. I MUST SAY IT WAS A TOTAL ""DISAPPOINTMENT"". The guy that made my sub didnt use any gloves. Totally unsanitary. The manager handled the money with the same gloves he was to cook. I ordered a cheese steak w onions, pickles, tomatoes, hots, provolone and mayo. When I opened the sub it had 2 pickles , NO onions , No Mayo , No hots , No provolone cheese , 2 pieces of tomatoes that look like they were 10 days old. DISGUSTING. And a Total insult to the reputation of Mike's name. When I confront the manager/owner about the sub HE BLEW HIS TOP and started screaming "" I am tired of people coming in here complaining about my employees not wearing gloves and my food. I told him I didnt my money back or the sub he can keep them both. My problem was about the disgusting service and grossed out food. Not about my moneyI must say to hear the words from the owners mouth to the complaints of quality of service and food coming straight from the managers MOUTH says it all. The Board of Health should investigate the establishment. My rating for Mike's Pizza sadly is minus 1000.

I ordered 3 steak bomb subs which were very good. I also ordered a 2 topping pizza. There was no cheese on the pizza. I called because I was wondering why. There was so much sauce on it. I did notice just a few strands of cheese. Small pizza was $13.99.

I ordered 2 grilled chicken salad's and an order of Mac and cheese bites. My order was 40+ just for salad I was completely confused, and to top it off they weren't even good! But they don't do anything to make sure their customers are happy along with continuing to return which is sad.

The crust and sauce didn't feel the most fresh..... but if you're looking for a simple slice it's hard to go wrong here I suppose.

We ordered a steak and cheese grinder,deep fried mushrooms and fries with bacon and cheese. The grinder wasn't bad however we order it with green pepper and mushrooms that we didn't get. The fried mushrooms were so undercooked the breading fell off. I spent $9.99 for fries with bacon and cheese which I basically got ff with a sprinkle of cheese and maybe 1 slice of bacon torn up and thrown on top. (I watched him do it!) Not worth the calories or money! Won't be back.

I was just with a friend that went to get their money back. They ordered a large Italian sub and a grilled chicken salad and were charged $29.85. That price is ridiculous and if they had an updated online menu we would have gone elsewhere. My friends salad had no tomatoes and the cucumber was extremely soft and bad tasting and she returned 3/4 of it. She called and the did acknowledge that they served a bad salad and refunded her money. The sub had lettuce, pickle,tomato and onion and they charged per item which all should have been included in the price. They also charged $1.00 credit card fee which usually the establishment covers. For $30 I can goto Applebee's or 99 and get a decent meal. No one is going to pay that for a quick take home salad and sub. I predict if they don't make some huge changes they won't be in business long. Too many other local pizza places that give you better food for less. And yes i would have gone to my regular place tonight but they are closed in mon so I decided to give this place a try. I won't be back.

I order a large calzone, "Mike's Way" from this place for almost half the year, which was always served with the works & cheese alone, sauce in cups on the side for dipping. Now the last 2x I place the same order it arrives swimming in sauce, almost no cheese or the works inside & because of all the sauce, as soon as, u pull apart a slice everything just pours right out. So gross & disappointing. Tried my best to eat it anyway since it's NOT cheap & I was starving after waiting 45 min for it to arrive. As a consequence, I now have to suffer severe heartburn & a breakout of hives all over my mouth, something I obviously try to avoid, which is why I don't ask for pizza. After the 1st time the mistake was made, their employee even tried to convince me it was always made that way. Hello! For at least 6 mos. I've been ordering the same thing. So annoyed!
