Looking for a breakfast spot with good food and a fantastic atmosphere? Olivers by the Falls over delivers on both. Robust coffee, great sandwiches and pastries. And they are not kidding about by the falls, eat outside on their dog friendly patio and take in the roar of a classic New England mill pond waterfall. Indoors is equally charming with beautiful mill brick work and expansive windows looking out at the pond.
Not as cheap as a local diner or Dunks but worth the splurge.

Great location in an old mill on a waterfall! Great place to sit outside.

Great spot, good for studying, or just going out with a friend, and there’s a beautiful waterfall on the outdoor seating area. The coffee was great, I love the cappuccino, and food is worth the price!!! Great service as well.

We were staying at Great Wolf Lodge for a mini-vacation and stopped here for breakfast on the way home. Wish we had found it sooner. It's off the main road, so you'd miss it unless you did a search but so glad we did. Kids ate my breakfast sandwich so had to order another then tried a fresh baked blueberry/lemon scone which was amazing. Plenty of room to spread out in their cafe which looks to be a multi-use space with other offices around. Atmosphere is well-thought out and relaxing. Had we stayed longer would have liked to have tried lunch.

Beautiful atmosphere incredible view of a waterfall. Sandwich was Amazing Hot Turkey avocado with cheese on sourdough bread with an incredible spread. Small coffee with mocha peppermint shot with some heavy cream. Staff were very nice and professional and eager to accommodate their customers.

Honestly, I wanted to like this place. The ambiance was nice, they had comfy seating. However, the coffee was not it. My hot latte was ice cold after waiting 20 minutes for it. Watching the barista, I see why (they only steamed the milk for under 30 seconds). The breakfast sandwiches were fine I guess but the egg patty inside tasted like that pre-packaged microwaveable kind. I won’t be coming back unless something major changes :(

I’d never recommend or return to this place! Took about 15 minutes to get my coffee and sandwich but no other customers were waiting for anything. I expected at that point them to be amazing. The egg on the sandwich was rubbery, sausage freezing, bread basically just buttered and looked like it was pressed but not toasted at all. My coffee was also freezing and tasted like a whole bottle of caramel was poured into it. Both the coffee and sandwich were impressively disappointing and just thrown out. Totally waste of money!

I live right down the street from this place so I've tried it many times now and every time there's been something yucky about what I've gotten. The last time I got chicken the chicken was rubbery and gross. The workers are all nice and their scones are good. The food other than that is not that great and their coffee is not that great either. This is all just my opinion, but after going there numerous times in trying over and over again I've decided not to do that anymore since every time I've been Gravely disappointed

Not sure how long they've been open but it seemed very new. Atmosphere inside is austere/ industrial. Outside is/ was a beautiful setting by the waterfall. Good was good and inexpensive. Avocado today was lacking content, could have had more Avocado on it, it was thin.

FOODIES FOODIES FOODIES! The food is DEFINITELY NOT FRESH. I have no idea who's leaving these reviews. This HAS like a "trendy place" it's LITERALLY store bought bagels and breads NOTHING is fresh? Nothing is home made. Beware foodies DO NOT EAT HERE. it's literally College students microwaving food and putting it on cold bagels from a Thomas bagels pack. And it's $10. For let me describe exactly a plastic piece of american cheese microwavable bacon and and a microwave egg patty I KID YOU NOT LOL. I genuinely have no understanding what people could eat here and spend that money and not get at least Panera level food lol
