Even though this is where I usually buy pizza, I will NOT go back because they have terrible customer service. The person who answered the phone to place an order was very rude. He not only spoke very rudely to me but also yelled at me.

I have always loved Parkhill pizza for YEARS but most recently they have been super rude and not just like a little rude no A LOT. on the phone and in person. A man screamed at me on the phone and when I went in person they said they were busy okay understandable but no reason to yell at people who are paying you. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
They’re very friendly and the food is phenomenal. I travel a lot for work and always look forward to getting back home so I can get food here!!
Fantastic food, generous portions and fair prices!
Doesn’t have the proper staff to run a business and they refused to refund a customer whose pizza was old and not the correct size.
They have the best grilled chicken salads!!!!

This is a great pizza shop We love going there after our sporting events and just picking up pizza and subs Love the haddock plate
Parking: There is parking that is right out in front of the building but there's it's also within a whole parking lot for a hardware store as well
