I recommend you split the big seafood platter between several people. It was plenty of food for the 3 of us. Great tasting lobster chunks, scallops, whole clams and shrimp.

I simply COULD NOT BELIEVE OUR EXPERIENCE HERE. Fresh steamed lobster for me and a fresh lobster roll for my friend. Outstanding service, and when our order was brought to us I asked for a cup of hot water because I’m one of those people who like rinse off the roe….then dip in butter. The young man was so sweet, (probably doesn’t receive that request very often) and brought a nice BIG mug of hot water. All this, a large wine and bottled water for 62.00……. I WAS STUNNED. Coming back soon. Thank you everyone!

Fish market is awesome. Lots of fresh seafood 🦞!!!! Lobster salmon cod catfish mussels steamers plus other complimentary items. Prices are reasonable. Went early day before July 4th and they had long lines, but they staffed very well and loved ones moved quickly. So yeah a super popular place. Well worth the visit. HURRY before they run out and ENJOY

The last 3 times I've gone there, the place smells dirty, like rotting food. All food is undercooked and tasted NASTY. The scallops was plain, and not cooked all the way, the fries and onion rings were SUPER SOGGY. Went to Kay's and it was AMAZING. Everything was cooked to perfection at Kay's and the fries and onion rings were nice and crispy and the scallops and fish tasted really good...Kay's is the way to go, SS has gone WAY down hill, the KIDS there don't care about ANYONE, just the money

I was there Three times twice in June and just yesterday, July 1st I used to love going to SS lobster their food was phenomenal. All of a sudden it tastes like Crap it was undercook onion rings worked completely doughy the seafood taste like it’s been rotting. It’s been a horrible experience every three times we’ve been hoping for something better. I recommend Kay’s and Westminster unbelievable. The seafood is phenomenal. You get quality and quantity don’t go to no more I promise you it’s horrible. It never used to be like this. I don’t know what It’s really sad cause I used to love going to SS but last three times the food’s been horrible. The quantity has been horrible, and the taste is like rotting old fish sitting there. I hate to say this I really did, but I had to share my opinion.

The people who work the retail section are awful. They are not customer friendly. I have been a loyal customer for years, but I am done. My last visit was the end. I purchased 4 items. Scallops, fine. Shrimp, fine. Lobster tails, problem. I asked for 2 tails. When I got home, I found that there were 3 in the bag. $50 a pound and the workers don’t know how to count. Mussels, problem. I ordered 18. Some were so tiny, they shouldn’t even be considered for sale. When I got home, I found ice cubes in the mussels. Added weight. This company has employees who are out of control. I’m done! I refuse to support a company that profits on cheating loyal customers, or anyone for that matter. I’ve registered complaints in the past, but it doesn’t seem to matter. These same people who offer substandard services continue to work there.

The food was terrible. Way too many people for only two cooks. Cooks are overworked. long wait in line. But good fresh seafood. It's a place for locals. Fish was dry fries we're old and cold. They just have enough time to focus on the quality of food coming out.
