When I'm in the area, this is my go-to Taco Bell. The inside was spacious and clean. I appreciate that they had a high chair available. They had two kiosks you can order at. My absolute favorite dish is the Mexican pizza; I remember ordering it as a high schooler. They recently introduced chicken nuggets so I had to try it. I am actually surprised that it was pretty good; the batter was crunchy and they had a wide variety of sauces to choose from. All of our food came out fast and it was delectable. I don't eat it too often but when I do, but it is a tasty, quick, and cheap treat.

They are forcing you to use a kiosk and if you choose not to, they will not serve you at the counter, you can hear the manager in the back yelling at the staff member for taking people at the register.

Went in today ordered my food, and my card was charged 2x with 2 different amounts, both dated today. Will be contacting the bank and calling corporate. Oh and let's add that managers behaviors towards customers. I watched him interact with another person that came in after leaving the drive thru for having a literal bandaid in her food. Manager swore up and down that it didn't happen there and that it wasn't his problem.. this place is a joke.

Order extra tortilla chips on the grilled Che burrito and not only were there no extra, they didn’t put any! Also ordered a chalupa and the shell wasn’t cooked. We usually have a good experience but not this time. I won’t be visiting this location for a long time.
Got the chicken power bowl, usually good with grilled chicken, this time was chicken SCRAPS! and rice was half cooked and half crunchy AND all of a sudden they added purple cabbage? Not good!

3 years living in Fitchburg and the occasional visits have always been well. No language issues with English and drive-thru flow is smooth without lengthy waiting. Pleasant atmosphere every time I've eaten indoors as well.

Worse experience I ever had they force you to use kiosk and workers took 20 when it was only 1 customer head of us definitely will never come back to this taco bell . We didn't sign up to work for taco bell . Poor customer service if I could give no stars we would of.
