Have loved Friendlies since I was a child. Always wonderful service and great food. I miss gaving a Friendlies in Keene, NH. We now have to travel to go to Friendlies, but it is worth the trip.
Great lunch for reasonable price. Chose Pick 2 BLT and crispy chicken salad were generous half portions, all under $10 Peppermint stick Fribble was amazing

Last night my family and I went to Friendly's for dinner and I must say the service was exceptional. It was closer to when they close but our server, Amelia made sure that our dining experience was memorable. From the moment we were seated she was attentive, and friendly. Our drinks were refilled promptly and the food came out fast. Overall she made our meal truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend requesting her if you visit.

Had not tried a Friendlys in a long time and stopped in for lunch today. Fries were served cold and rubbery. The “Great” American burger was well undercooked and inedible. Over $20 later and still no lunch. I have had better 2AM burgers at McDonald’s. Shockingly bad. Absolutely no effort from this staff.

If your going for ice cream don’t bother I went two days back to back one to Florence and the second day Amherst and Florence only gave me a half full friend-z if that with barely any toppings. Has happened to me and other family members multiple times. For a lack of better words missing love, I’d even go as far to say it’s like intentional/hateful.
