Love going here! Love the bartenders! Home away from home
Went there for a private party and the staff were super helpful and courteous.
Host and waitress were cordial. Getting a seat seemed difficult although it was the middle of the day and about 3/4 of the establishment was empty.
Most of the staff were congregated at the back of the restaurant peeking from a little nook between the kitchen and main dining hall. They seemed to be playing around, gossiping, checking out patrons.
Our table was wiped in front of us by the host, but sadly it was left with a funky malodor from the dirty rag. We requested assistance from our waitress with our smelly table. We were unable to order food; they were “out of fried pickles”. Such a start turned us off from furthering this experience.
Won’t be returning.
Took at least 40 minutes to get 2 drinks, which were supposed to be martinis but were just Minute Maid lemonade. Saw a rat running across the window ledge while we were waiting for our drinks. Doesn’t help that the table moved any time we touched it
Food was fine, American bar type menu. Service was very slow and forgetful. Patriot place is always a fun area so they got that going for them.
This place really needs an overhaul. The floor was sticky, the barstool I sat on had rppied upholstery, and the menu was covered in some combination of sticky substances. On the other hand, my salad was delicious and the service was great. My companion had a burger that looked mouthwatering. But I hope they’ll just give that place a thorough cleaning and some updating.
If you're looking for an overhyped, underwhelming, and overpriced dining experience, Bar Louie at Patriots Place delivers—just not in any of the ways you’d want. This place is an absolute mess from top to bottom.
Let’s start with the food. The patty melt was a disaster—dry, overcooked, and virtually inedible. It’s hard to imagine how one could mess up such a basic item, yet here we are. The truffle fries? Soggy, limp, and utterly flavorless, served with the sad resignation of a kitchen that’s clearly given up. And the chips and salsa were borderline insulting—stale, bland, and clearly left over from a better day (or week).
As if that weren’t enough, they managed to screw up a simple margarita. Twice. If you can’t get that right at a bar-themed restaurant, you’ve lost the plot. The drinks were poorly mixed and watered down, offering nothing in terms of flavor or balance.
To add insult to injury, the prices are laughably high for the garbage that’s being served. You’re paying full-service prices for fast-food quality at best. Bar Louie isn’t just bad—it’s the kind of bad that makes you question who thought this concept was good enough to replicate across the country.
Avoid this place at all costs. There are far better food and drink options literally steps away. Bar Louie at Patriots Place is a complete and utter waste of time and money.
Room temperature "hot chicken sandwich" that tasted like it was sitting out for a few hours, tater tots similarly tasted like they sat out for a few hours - rubbery and luke warm.
No excuse for this as we came in after a game and the place was busy, how are you serving food that's been sitting on a counter for hours??
Service was basically non existent, except when another group was waiting for a table, then the waitress told them to wait near us as we ate.... there's nothing like having a group of strangers hover 1 foot away from you as you finish your meal.
Tables were also dirty and wet, did anyone offer a napkin? God no. Just serve crappy food, demand a high tip, and push out customers as they're eating. I had to use the cloth napkin that comes with the utensils to clean the table myself.
Honestly the worst restaurant experience I've ever had, and I've been to Cuba so let that sink in... this place is a dump. First time at a Louie's, and I'll never visit any Louie's after this.

There’s a certain poetry to finding a bar nestled in Patriots Place, the beating heart of New England sports fervor. This particular spot, filled with the earthy aroma of draft beer and the echo of sports commentary from wall-to-wall televisions, might be mistaken for any ordinary sports bar. But it was anything but.
The night started innocently enough: a bustling Friday, the air charged with excitement as Patriots fans poured in, sporting their navy blue and red jerseys. The bar’s layout was a shrine to their collective obsession—Brady jerseys framed on the walls, a mural of Gillette Stadium, and even a menu featuring items like the “Belichick Burger” and “Gronk Nachos.” Every table was a sea of team pride and optimism. And yet, by the end of the evening, the most memorable part of the experience wasn’t the drinks, the food, or the ambiance—it was the tears. Oh, the tears.
This wasn’t just any football game. This was a classic Patriots outing: a last-minute victory sealed by some miraculous, logic-defying play that only the Patriots seem to pull off. For any other fanbase, this would have been a moment of jubilation, high-fives, and maybe a little drunken euphoria. But for the Patriots faithful, it was different. As the final seconds ticked away and their team clinched a win, the room didn’t erupt into cheers. Instead, the mood shifted, and something remarkable happened. Grown adults—stoic men in their 40s, women decked out in custom jerseys, and even the occasional beanie-clad teenager—began to cry. And not tears of joy.
You see, Patriots fans don’t cry because they lose. They cry because they win, but not in the right way. That night, the offense hadn’t been “efficient enough.” The quarterback threw “too many interceptions.” The defense allowed “a few unnecessary plays.” Despite the win, their conversations echoed with disdain. “This team doesn’t have the magic anymore,” lamented one man to his friend over a pint of IPA. “Belichick’s losing his touch,” muttered another, staring deeply

I came in at 12pm the day after Christmas. I sat at the bar ordered an expresso martini black and it was beyond good. The bartender was very attentive as well. Nachos were good but definitely could use more cheese next time. Overall good experience especially for the money!

After trying to get into several restaurants with 1 hour plus waits. We decided to go into Bar Louie at Patriots Place. Upon walking in, place looked busy. Stood at the guest desk for a few minutes before someone came over and told us to sit wherever, it’s open seating. When we started to walk around, we noticed lots of dirty tables. There were several empty tables that were set up with what appeared clean serving dishes/utensils, but still had clear evidence of food all over the tables. We had to have walked around for at least 3-5 minutes trying to find a decent table to sit at. The table was so sticky the plates were not moving. Could not tell who were the waiters or waitresses until I noticed about 6 young adults just hanging around the kitchen area wearing black shirts and jeans. Finally a waitress came over and handed us some sticky menus. At this point I was really thinking about just leaving. I didn’t want to seem rude and ask for someone to come clean the table, so I wiped it down myself. I would say this experience took away from some positives that seem to be a consistent turn off for most people first experience, the cleanliness of a business especially when serving food. We stayed to try it out. The food was okay. Drinks were decent. I would not go again if I walked in and still noticed dirty tables.

Good spot in Patriot place, decent food, but the bartenders could definitely smile more. I've been there a few times now and they always look annoyed to be there. Definitely no warm and fuzzies coming from them at all. And this is on more than one occasion. Definitely doesn't make you want to come back.
