Rachel was FANTASTIC! As a former waitress with 14 years of experience, I can say, not many can hit the service ability she has. Thank you Rachel, your timing and observation and organizing skills and knowledge of the menu are superior! You made my daughter with allergies feel so at ease with your quick response to her food selection!
SO MUCH SUCCESS to you in your future!

Atmosphere & Service we're fantastic. Pizza was OK. If you want basic pizza flavors like Pepperoni & plain cheese the pizza is very bland. The specialty toppings are good though.

Wonderful restaurant with some of the best pizza I've had in Boston. Serviceable beer list. Awesome staff who were all super friendly. We went on a 15 degree night and had fun seats on the closed in porch which was freezing. Maybe add extra space heater or bring a jacket on a could night. Otherwise, amazing. Wish there was a second location closer to Boston!!!
Kid-friendliness: Great atmosphere for kids and they have plenty of high chairs.

This place is sneaky-excellent. It dawned on me after my wife & I had gone for the 3rd or 4th time. The menu is great, the food is made in-house & the atmosphere is great even when you bring kids.
It seems like even popular restaurants nowadays just reheat mediocre stuff from a Sysco food truck. Not Citizen Crust. Their food is homemade & the proof is in the tasting. The taquitos for example are clearly made fresh. They're a little pricey at around $15 for 3 but I'm at a point personally where I'd rather spend more for quality. In that regard, this place knocks it out of the park.
Another thing to keep in mind is that while an individual pizza might seem a little pricey, (around $27) you're going to split it with at least one other person. So overall for a night out, my wife & I actually spend less here than pretty much any other restaurant. Not a bad deal for REAL food

This place is a go-to for delicious pizza and a fantastic atmosphere. The vibe is warm and inviting, perfect for a casual night out. While the drinks are just okay and could use some improvement, the food and ambiance more than make up for it. Definitely worth a visit for the pizza alone!
