While I waited for my order, I watched each member of the staff handle a high maintenance customer with the utmost patience, and respect. The team at the slice bar was exceptional. I haven’t seen better service provided in a long time, and I received the same exceptional service. They all deserve a raise for the professionalism they showed tonight with this very picky customer.

Gianna was pleasant and professional, attentive to our needs, and answered stupid questions with a smile (and a chuckle). Our food was tasty and terrific, hitting all the buttons for a good lunch. The atmosphere was just right, as the restaurant isn't crowded at lunchtime on Monday (1/5/26). Thanks Citizens Crust. We'll be back!

We love citizens crust and visit often however I was a bit disappointed today that they offered a lunch special on the Patriots place app that included a half a sandwich with soup and then a choice of a side of french fries or salad. When I went to order the special the waitress informed me that they don't have soup well then I said so you get salad and french fries with the special and she said no one or the other. Didn't make much sense to me when you offer a special for $14. 95 to then not have it available It should just be taken off the app if they don't offer soup just make sense to me. Anyway the pizza is always was delicious Parmesan garlic chicken wings absolutely just delicious but was just a very cool day and would have loved to been able to enjoy soup and a half a sandwich. Hopefully next time if the offering is special they will have it actually available.

Escaped from gusty wind and visited Citizen Crust as a shelter. Then, we ended up with the biggest pizza we've ever seen (two halves) - actually, we have been warned about the size. We ordered Mac Daddy (pizza with chopped salad) and The 'Ono (hard to describe - pineapple pizza with Korean BBQ sauce), and they were fantastic. Sadly, unable to have a cup of coffee (they ran out) - oh no!!! Well, will stop by at Dunkin for a medium iced coffee.

Wow this place has gone downhill. This was always a favorite when we stopped in to Patriot Place. The last two times we’ve been the service has been awful from the host to the pizza.
Host gives my son a kids menu and doesn’t have crayons so they gave him a pen. I asked if we could sit at a booth instead and were told none were clean (they had several dirty tables so in my head I thought how about you just CLEAN the tables).
The waitress gives my son a cup with a lid and doesn’t bring straws. Just very rushed and no care. We will have to find a different go to spot when we come here. Complete disappointment.

Went here before the Morgan Wallen Concert at Gillete Stadium. Got a couple drinks, potstickers, cheese curds and shared a chicken sandwich with fries. The food was delicious and well priced for the location. Cheese curds were melted and cheesy, the chicken sandwich was on point and the fries were cooked to perfection. The drink/tap list was extensive and priced well. Downfall was service. Kitchen was fast but waitress was unattentive. Didn't see them after food was delivered until I asked for the check. Was really hard to order extra drinks.
