Kerry and the food/drinks were amazing!

It’s usually good but they really screwed up our dinner tonight. The wait was ridiculous and the food came out cold. Then dessert took 40 minutes and they never gave us our coffee. Sucks when it’s a graduation celebration and you were telling everybody “how good it is”…. Not sure I’ll be back.

Start with the atmosphere, it's a large place but the acoustics are poor its very noisy. Now the service, may just have been our server but it was not to busy there were 4 of us. I asked for some lemon for my diet coke and my water. 3 times. He never came and filled our water again, my baked potato arrived too cold to melt butter, he took it back to heat it, I never saw it again. He was right back to ask if we wanted more drinks or wine. Now the food. I had
A Tomahawk veal chop (it was tiny)with Brussels sprout side and baked potato, saladto start.. I've been to many" a la cart " restaurants there were literally 4 Brussels sprouts cut in half. If you order the same thing at Capitol Grill you could share them with a table of 4 and still not finish them. The same deal was true for my other guests. The gnocchi was way undercooked or over cooked as it was mushy. So there was no real value in this meal. I don't mind spending but I don't care to be taken advantage of. It was a much better restaurant when it wasn't a chain.

Atmosphere was very good but it all ended there. Lobster risotto was over cooked. Philly cheese egg rolls had big chunks of fat that were unchewable in them. Service for this price we paid was sub par. Got a drink when we first got there and was never asked again if I needed another one. I had an empty glass on the table for half the time we were there. Dinner in total took about 3 hours. So be prepared to wait. Banana foster tasted to burnt for my liking. I left hungry, thirsty and disappointed. I do not recommend going here unless you like to throw away money. To top it all off to expensive for what you get.

Stopped in for a quick bite before the pats game¡¡¡ Everything in our order perfecto ? ? The sauce was amazing, Applewood smoked chicken and Grilled shrimp were a hit not to mention the steak & cheese & Buffalo chicken egg rolls were the best I've ever had anywhere. Side note the thinly sliced onion rings were very addictive. I will be back to try every item on the menu because I'm sure it's going to be delishh¡¡

The atmosphere was very nice and the wait staff was excellent. Our server, Sean, was chivalrous and attentive. The place was clean and we dressed for the occasion. We did not like that the bar patrons dressed down, and were close to the tables, but other than that, no complaints!!

Vegetarian options: The kitchen was very accommodating with vegetarian options. I could select between 3 types of risotto, even though they weren't listed. They also would downsize salads and pastas to make vegetarian appetizers for vegetarian options. I really was impressed!

Unfortunately, this is one of those.places that is highly overrated! We went as a group and the experience was awful. First, we ordered some salad with goat cheese, the salad came in and there was no goat cheese when we asked, they said they were out of it. Well, so why not tell us before? I wanted the sweet potato soup, and they were also out of it.
I had a fettuccini with braised short ribs, I've never seen so much fat and oil on my plate, also the pasta was sticking to one another becoming that one blob thing.
The Caesar salad had the anchovies on the side? What? I've never seen this...
Also, of you a lactose intolerant, do not order coffee with milk, because they don't have a lactose free milk!!!
The service was okay! Just what you'd expect.
Now, I know this might sound petty, but when you go to a restaurant "chain" that is expensive, you would expect the food to be a bit better!
Overall, all I can say is, the water was good!
