i never even bother to leave reviews because who even has time. but this woman at this dunkin actually made me so mad for the rest of the day because of her disgusting attitude. i go in to order a drink and she SIGHS and ROLLS HER EYES as i walk up to the register, which is whatever but like not super nice but that i could forgive. i ordered a mango pineapple refresher, and when you order one of those it’s customary that they ask if you want green tea, or lemonade as the base of the drink. she didn’t ask and when i got mine it was made with green tea, so i asked her, very nicely i’ll add, “hey is there anyway i could have this with lemonade instead?” and she goes “nope no no way you didn’t say you wanted lemonade sorry” and i was like girl, it’s not that serious, which i didn’t say out loud because i’m NICE. and then she said if i want it with lemonade i have to buy a new one. and like she said everything it such a rude tone and she was so snotty about it i just walked out, and i literally never do that. i work as a barista, and i literally would never treat a PAYINT customer like that. anyways, i hope that employee gets fired.

8 o’clock at night during the Taylor swift concert, they were just locking the doors and closing for the night it was down pouring and all I wanted was a hot coffee… Gigi was nice enough to let me and a few others of my fellow drivers in to get out of the rain and get a coffee. Thank You Gigi you and your team rock !

Used to come in every morning. New ownership came in and jacked the prices ($3.49 for a medium iced coffee). Guess it’s back to the office Keurig. Staff is great though.

The customer service on Friday October 14th and 16th was 5 stars ⭐️. Ne’vaeh was professional, Courteous and extremely thoughtful . She made our experience on both occasions a very pleasant one .

You can't go wrong with Dunks before a show at Gillette. The only downside for me was they didn't have any Boston Creme to go with my coffee! Be aware not a whole lot of seating inside. We decided to get ours to go to enjoy the weather.
