We are visiting from out of town and stopped for a quick breakfast. This place was really good. I was in a party of five and we all got different items and we all loved the excellent quality and great service! I can honestly say, these were the most delicious bagels I’ve had!

Was just thinking about going there but unfortunately they always take at least 15 mins for bagel sandwich to go even if nobody is there while other bagel places typically takes 5 mins or so. So this place is not a fast service and i dont have time to risk going there before work. Hopefully this delicious place can prioritize speedy service soon enough

My husband and I were in the area visiting family. We decided to stop in and grab breakfast before driving back to NYC.
I swear by NYC bagels and these bagels definitely exceeded my expectations.
I had an everything bagel with chive cream cheese and ham. Perfect bagel consistency to my liking, not huge and doughy where you feel as if you’re chewing for days. So yummy. I asked which were the most popular flavored iced coffees and went with the toffee. Definitely a great choice.
My husband ordered hungry man’s special on a bagel. He ordered an everything egg bagel and had it scooped. He as well Enjoyed every bite.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Nice size eating space, and clean.
Our food was made to order in a timely manner.

Place is run horribly. Went in today and for the THIRD consecutive time they accidentally threw out my ticket. Not to mention one time my girlfriend found a toothpick in her cream cheese. Bagels are okay but the service is horrendous.

Every time I come to this establishment my family and I are met with the worst service, attitudes and most of the time .. the wrong order. I went in today and asked for a bagel with cream cheese on the side. I asked this for a reason. I got a bagel lathered with enough cream cheese for 10 bagels. When I said “I asked for the cream cheese on the side.” The cashier said “I don’t know that’s not what I heard.” No offer to just fix the bagel. It’s sad because the prices in here are great and the food when I do get the correct order is always phenomenal but after today it’s just not worth coming here to deal with a staff that seems aggravated or annoyed to serve you.
O M G. Literally best bagel I’ve had in a long time. I got the bagel melt (light chive cream cheese) and added an egg for protein. Delicious. My sisters and friend all loved their bagels too. Coffee was strong and the tasted authentic, I got a caramel nut crunch with oat milk. YUM YUM YUM!!! Plus they were so sweet. Will be back soon.

This place was a recommendation from an ironworker named Dan, he came to work telling everyone that it was the best breakfast sandwich he had ever had. He was right!!

Never think about going here in the morning even if you have a hour to spare. This place was so packed and items were coming out super slow. Me and my boyfriend got two bagels with cream cheese and we waited for over 30 mins. He wanted to get me breakfast before I went to work. I had work at 12 and we got there at 11:20. The line was through the door and the bagels were coming out 1 order every 5 minutes. I wasn't even able to get my food before we just had to leave for my shift. This is horrible service and I don't plan on ever coming back.
