This is the dirtiest, most unsanitary restaurant I have ever seen. The tables were not being cleaned for people dining. The floor was covered in food and liquid from the soda machines. Not to mention, the two garbage barrels were completely full and overflowing. Five Guys should be very embarrassed by this restaurant.

We ordered 2 identical burgers and they left out the A-1 sauce and added bacon. The grilled onions and mushrooms were cold and undercooked. The burgers were also bland and somewhat cold. We have ordered at other locations and this was below their usual standards. The only thing that saved our lunch was the delicious fries.

Five guys, whilst it's got decent burgers, needs to lower their prices. I spent 20 dollars on a burger and fries without a drink. Achilitos next door is far better and more fairly priced.

Many people enjoy the food at Five Guys. However, you wouldn't enjoy it if you knew how they treated their employees. Five Guys Burgers in Foxboro, Mass is not a fair place to work by any means. They are very unprofessional and lack empathy or compassion. They are Cowardice in the manner in which they terminate employees who may not (In their eyes) be working out in the position. One example is terminating through text, utilizing highly unprofessional and hurtful wording. Not having the common decency to face the employee (As the saying goes "Out of sight out of mind"). However, to go one step further and tell someone that "No one likes them" is HIGHLY unprofessional, immature and clearly does not deserve the role of Manager. It is downright heartless. If you are an advocate for people with physical or mental challenges, then you will think twice before giving Five Guys your business. I for one know many people who dine there and can guarantee that they will not be returning. So, at the very least, they will be losing valuable customers as a result of this awful business practice. Very sad to see that there are still businesses who do not treat people equally in this day and age.

In fairness, Five Guys sources locally grown potatoes to make fresh fries that are outstanding. The smashed burgers are good too. My issue is the price is disproportionate to the level of expectation. If prices went down at least 20%, I would give it five stars.

A line of people waiting while the staff stand around/chat and do no work whatsoever for a long time. They must be paying them peanuts to work there.

Our visit was pretty crazy. The place was understaffed for game day. The place was not clean because of the crowd and the lack of staff. That said, the staff that was there was exceptional! They handled the load as well as possible and still churned out a great product. I would give the staff 5 stars and the scheduler 3 stars. I don't know if if the experience was really worth over an hour waiting in line and waiting for our order, but it was warm and dry and the food was great!
