Shouldn't drive away to find out im .missing things like the condiments to the nuggets.. which I would never order without the sauce. 100th problem with yet another McDonald's. Get 2 big macs drenched with too much sauce and the sauce tastes like dirty water. Ya this is going in the trash thanks for wasting more of my money .

Seems to me your more worried about highering inclusion instead of hiring people capable of doing the work sad . Absolutely no one in America wants a translator to order there food in English if you haven't figured it out

I’ve had nothing but constant issues with this McDonald’s. They are constantly rude and are constantly missing things when they hand you your order. Management is never helpful and always apologizes but never makes a change. Do better. It’s a simple job so do your job.

Always seem to have an issue with my order from this location. Even when ordering on the app. I think this franchisee doesn't like people using rewards or deals at their location. Either that or they don't train their employees. Today I got two sausage burritos with NO CHEESE! And like an oz of egg and sausage crumbles inside dry stale wraps. Just do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile or so to the other locations in Walpole

As this is my go to McDonald's when my son wants it i tend to deal with the mistakes they make and it is almost always,tonight to start there was a lady being polite in the beginning asking for them to change the syrup on the coke as it was mostly soda water,the staff just Kept saying to get a new one then refused to give her a refund. Now mine,I ordered a big Mac no lettuce, yup got lettuce, ordered a filled of fish and got a spicy dlx mccrispy,don't know how you screw that up,ordered 2 large fries and got 2 small. At least the receipt was correct. This place has gone down hill badly in the past year...
