Manager does not care about her customers or their safety. She was Very rude and did not care someone dumped my drink that was on the table and went through our belongings. Not a safe atmosphere. She told me it was my problem. There are plenty of other great choices in Patriot Place to go to.

The service was great! Our waiter was amazing not sure of his name but he was very kind and attentive. However we did not like the tostones (savory plantains) because they were not actually tostones they were maduros (sweet plantains) prepared how tostones would be. Considering it is a Mexican establishment it wasn’t a big deal every Hispanic culture prepares their plantains different. We told our waiter we didn’t like them explained why we didn’t and he offered to take them off our bill. No biggie regardless we would’ve paid for them it’s not his fault. The problem was the manger of the establishment came over to “educate us on what tostones are” mind you my partner was literally born and raised in the Dominican Republic so I’m quite sure we both know the difference between tostones and maduros. Pretty much told us along the lines of these are plantains and they are tostones I don’t know what you do back in your country or whatever but this is how me make them here. People are going to prepare their food how they want fine but to be condescending and try to “educate “ someone who is actually Hispanic when you are a Caucasian woman is actually quite ignorant. Do better when addressing situations with happily paying customers.

Came from California to see our Raiders play the patriots had brunch and drinks before Game! Hannah was the best waitress hands down made us feel welcomed gave great recommendations on food and drinks! Will definitely be coming back with excellent service we received!

Was here yesterday night, the bartenders on, one in particular, was surely and rude. Drinks weren’t great- I got a margarita that tasted like all sour mix. Then they rushed us to take our seats. Not worth the price, and rude service.

The service was good and the drinks were ok, I ordered the Nachos Locos with Carne Asada to share and they were so bad. Visually they looked good, but the melted cheese on top it seems was melted hours earlier it was solidified and you could not even pull the chips apart. The meat that was added in for a premium price was small cubes of dry brown unchewable meat I could not even identify, the meat seemed very old. What I did try to eat had almost no flavor. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Stay away unless you want cockroaches climbing up your legs. 🤮 Management did not apologize or address issue , or even seemed surprised so clearly they have an infestation and seeing these bugs are normal to them .

I had the taco salad, which was good, but the waiter was busy talking to other people because it was me alone, and I told her that my friend would be joining. Also Carma, we went there early and I got a stamp there on my hand and she told me that I could cut back later on and I will cater for free and the same guy that gave me the stamp with this LGBTQIA lady looking like a man (Black ballhead), told me that I can't go in and I have to pay a $5 fee. Also, they wanted to check my ID again to make sure that I'm 21 even though they already stamped me.🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ So dumb🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
