Yesterday I ordered for myself and another employee at work. The promised time was 11:30. Time came and went...no food. I called the driver... the number was not in service. Eventually, the food showed up but the hot foods were cold and the smoothie was thawed out. I called the cafe and was told by the guy that answered that I would not only be refunded but the manager would call me back... no call, no refund. I called today to follow up with the manager and the "manager" Jack answered and gave me the runaround. The conversation with Jack on the phone was beyond unprofessional. He blamed the situation on not only new hires being trained but also the driver that picked up... Zero accountability! Also told me they don't do refunds. He was rude and raised his voice when I tried to explain. Again told me I would get a callback but this time from the GM Sam.... I highly doubt it will happen and am disgusted at how the entire situation went!! Absolutely the worst experience and I do not recommend this location to anyone!! Jack is not "manager" material and shouldn't be if he doesn't know how to handle customer service!

Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes and the line didn't move. The inside of the restaurant was dead I'm not sure what the workers were doing.

Tried for the first time last week. Just had a smoothie. I noticed all the fruit in the prep areas is frozen, nothing fresh. It was around $8 for a large smoothie, so worth it if you are not picky and need alittle snack. No options for almond milk, oat milk or coconut milk! I am lactose intolerant so that limits my options. IMHO, it's the McDonalds of smoothie places. Place was clean and employees nice. However, I will not be back.

It’s nice that the employees have friends to visit them while they are working but when the girl with light brown hair and many piercings on her right ear, crumpled up a receipt and hand feeds in the mouth of a customer/friend at the register, it’s not just unprofessional but it’s a food safety concern as she did not wash her hands afterwards when she made our drinks. This was around 1:20pm on Saturday 9/9/23. The drinks here are good, but my wish is that the manager can re-align expectations with the employee and/or team.

Really horrible smoothies. They don’t use any fresh fruits all. Not to mention they are $9 a piece.
