This place is really solid! I got the peanut paradise and an All American wrap with bacon; both were delicious, left me satiated, and were fairly priced. The wrap you get is filled proportionally and is very cheesy.
Also, the people working on the night shift on 12/13/25 were awesome!

Honestly I have had some bad service in my life but this place is probably at the top of the list of worst customer service i've had. The app sent my order to the wrong location so i asked for the refund because I purchased the same order from the Mansfield location after i had found out the app send my order to the wrong location after I had selected the right one. I spoke with CJ on the phone texplainging the issue and told me I ordered wrong and was my fault and I was stupid for ordering wrong and then he began cursing me out. I asked the gentleman to stop and he swore at me and hung up. I tried to call back to coininue to work through and they blocked my number??? Who is this company and who is working at this store? I then called from a different number and the another gentleman answered and I explained the situation again and then he was extremely rude. I asked for if CJ was there and he said he clocked out and went home for the day which I think was a lie. I asked to speak with the manager and the gentleman on the phone said he was the owner and his name was Sam. He was extremely rude and condescending and can't beleive someone would ever act this way let a long some franchise owner. If I were Tropical Smoohie I would remove this franchisee and replace him with a new owner. Terribly dissapointed in Sam and Tropical Smoothie. I would recommend not getting your food here and if I was Tropical Smoothie Corporate I would fire this employee and issue an apology.

This is my favourite fast food place to go to. I can emoji u my food without feeling guilty about eating fast food. Everything is fresh and tasty. I got the chipotle flatbread with the new apple cinnamon smoothie and it was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be returning with friend and family here.

I’ve been to many Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations but this one stands out to me for many reasons. The employees greeted me when I walked in even tho they were busy during lunch. My order placing experience was very easy as well and my order came super quick. Everything was 10/10. Would highly recommend this location!

The most disgusting customer service l even have my daughter bring me there for the first time to get a smoothie l soon with got insider the cashier lady was extremely rude she need customer service training immediately the guys was extremely rude too she throw my order in the table my order was wrong l ask for my money back they refused to give me my money and said take the food back no money back.l went for the first time and l will never never go back they need customer service training immediately.They SUCK.
