The ribs were delicious and the grandkids loved the Mac and cheese and grilled cheese sandwiches, and the ice cream sandwiches of course.
Great food and service.
Phoenix was amazing. Attendful. So pleasant. .
Staff was very helpful and considerate of customer satisfaction.
My spouse and I ended up being served by Phoenix and everything was great. He was attentive to our needs whether it was keeping up with refills, cleaning up the finished food, or checking in to make sure it turned out how we wanted. I would also say he was great just in general. I loved the personalization of the cookie skillet that he did! Really made it special for us! Highly recommend anyone coming here to ask for Phoenix
Usually love 99 but when 5 different staff completely ignore you, you leave. Do better

Sooooooooo..... We didn't even get to sit long enough to enjoy our food. Our waitress brought us some popcorn, and that's when the mice started coming out. We saw one and were like, okay, let's not freak out and try to get something to eat. But then another one came running from the other end of the restaurant, one ran to my feet, and another was jumping off of one of the booths. I went over and asked the host if we could leave because we just saw four mice, and he got the manager. The manager apologized and asked for us to give them another chance. This was my first time here, and I don't think I'll be coming back.

Food was okay, but the bigger issue is that we saw several mice running between tables while dining, and the staff seemed indifferent. We quietly asked our waitress to bring it up with a manager, but she just apologized and said it's an ongoing problem, and we never heard from the manager.
A couple of groups got up and left while we were there. Probably won't be going back.

I like this 99 resteraunt. Tonight Alicia was my server and she was so sweet. It was service with a smile! She was very polite and so accommodating! I had the sirloin amd it was cooked perfectly, just the way I asked. The whole team here is real nice and personable. I noticed they have a lot of repeat customers. One of the guys from the kitchen served me my food with a smile too. I would recommend this to be a stop on your way home in the route 9 traffic. On Thursday nights they have trivia too.
Wheelchair accessibility: This location appears to be kid friendly and wheel chair accessible and there's plenty of parking.

Quick simple dishes that tasted good and kept me full. No fuss, no frill, nice staff. Yum yum kept my bum bum coming. A little dirty around the floor due to the free complimentary popcorn for kids/adult sized kids.
Good enough for me.
Dietary restrictions: Took out the carbs for me. Thanks!

The service is disgraceful. I was treated like a dog when I walked in and felt discriminated against because of my mom’s broken English. When we walked in we waited 5 mins to be seated when the guy came he said “go find your seat bye” LIKE WHAT. What happened to hey how are you. It was a nightmare when he came to our table the first words that came out his mouth were “what do you want”. I’ve worked in customer service multiple times and this is not how you treat a customer not only was he blunt but he had a straight face the whole time. This is totally unacceptable don’t think I’ll be coming back.
Wonderful laid back location. Service was incredible and the food was delicious.

I’d like to begin this entire review by stating one simple phrase: I am appalled that his location is still able to operate, I do believe this location may as well be deemed cursed. First Ruby Tuesday failed, now 99.
The level of unsatisfactory customer service last night, was out of this world unrealistic that it made me question if it was a dream.
I arrived around 930ish to have a bite to eat after a long day at work—only to be surprised when the host told me they were closed? Confused, I checked my watch and said it’s 932pm and they reiterated “that’s right, we are closed” which made me question the signage outside that stated 1030—only to be told that time is for the bar. I told them “you need to correct your signage, and if you cannot take customers past 930–perhaps it’s be wise to have the whole location at that time”.
The manager here clearly needs to get their crew in gear, and realize that closing at 930 any time during the week is going to put you out of business. I left and went to your competitor Applebee’s who stay open to 1am and I also signed up for their membership. Sorry, but you permanently lost me. Adios.

Incredible fried seafood platter. Everything else was great because I didn't notice a thing between my order or my meal. Got to complement the fried fish filet. Service was on time.
