It was so nice walking in and being greeted by Steven and his team. Steven was friendly, attentive and just had such a great attitude. We’re pretty particular about how we like our sandwiches made, and he actually listened and made them exactly how we asked, which doesn’t always happen at other Jersey Mike’s locations we’ve been to!

Called to ask if they’d heat up the meat on my “cold sub” since I’m pregnant and cannot have cold deli meat, they said yeah of course! Other locations have told us no in the past.
Then we went in and Alex was super kind, great customer service, and of course the food was delicious. Everyone working there is super nice but you can tell that Alex really does love his job and likes making peoples day.
