Not a great experience. The bartender never wiped the bar from the previous diners and in fact, we never saw her wipe the bar once as patrons turned over. We waited and waited for our food as other servers just stood around while the bar was managed by one person. Finally, the bartender went to get our food, appetizers, after a good 40 min. Seems as though the management would have reallocated some resources or had others ensure food was delivered. The party sitting next to us was not happy and said they were leaving to get a second round of drinks elsewhere. As we walked out, there were dirty dishes sitting on the side wall near the entrance while 3 staff members just hung out at the hostess stand. I think this place needs a good manager.

Ordered sliders on a lettuce bun as I’m gf asked for cheddar cheese it had no cheese when first delivered sent it back then came out again with cold broken cheese they just placed on top. Asked for a manager and Dennis aka kitchen manager came out and said what’s wrong I simply told him I don’t understand why these sliders came out with cold cheese which the server confirmed to me. Dennis insisted it was melted when it clearly wasn’t I told him we both know they shouldn’t come out this way. Not only did he tell me “don’t tell me how they’re supposed to come out” in such a rude manner he tried to make it seem like I don’t like them when I’ve ordered these many times before and they were never served to me this way. It’s a shame management treats their customers like this no matter what the circumstances are.

Ordered vegetarian burger and got a non-vegetarian burger. Because of religion reason, it ruined the meal even when she got a vegetarian burger at the end. It wasn't a good experience.

I made reservations through OpenTable and when we got to the restaurant our reservation was not there. I was able to pull up our confirmation on my phone and we are given priority seating at a large booth - very nice! Wonderful host. However, I was discouraged that the OpenTable app did not work for us. The Brewhouse stated that they have never had that happen. Anyone else have issues with OpenTable?
Wonderful Sunday afternoon special prime rib special ...great value with birthday girl ordered same .. Chowder with option on meal absolutely filled with clam bits and creamy! Wait staff tx'd you like fine dining aimed to please!great good will return and get delivery! Is a brew house will try more great menu deals desserts etc .

Nice atmosphere...good service...good beer...overpiced run of the mill food same as so many other places but not better. Nothing about this place is really special other than the size if you want a function. Ordered the lamest ahi salad I have ever seen. Tuna shavings, iceberg lettuce,sent it back. For 22 dollars it better at least look good and have an actual amount of tuna to be worth it versus skimpy shavings. Buffalo tenders were weak. The chili tasted like Hormel from a can. They play top 40 modern day lame garbage music as well. All set. Dont waste your time or money if you are hungry. You will not leave fulfilled. Big price hike place that is not worth it...js

Always good food, in generous amounts.. cooked as ordered.We consider going to BJ's as a treat.Staff is always super happy and helpful. Tip these people well!The only downside is the dining area is a bit loud and only seems to amplify the noise in the room.

Stopped in on a whim today, what a treat! Atmosphere is inviting, we sat at a high-top in the bar area. The drinks and food were great! Loved that the manager came by to see how everything was and was actively cleaning up tables and was great at keeping his team focused and not gathering around distracted. Wish we had one closer to us.

Nice spot for casual dining - they opened recently, the restaurant is very up to date and clean. Fried calamari were way too over fried to my taste, mozzarella stick were tasty. Ahi tuna salad was delicious and filling. You gat a free dessert your first visit. A bit too pricy for the quality of food I would say, but the portions are huge. Wide selection of beers and cocktails.
