“Food as always are amazing, delicious and tasty. No complaints what so ever. The attendant who took my order this evening was polite, patient and welcoming us with a smile even with the busywork environment, time management and quality being a very important factor to be met.
(𝙰𝚝𝚖𝚘𝚜𝚙𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚎) If I could, I would suggest a better and more efficient way to organize the customers traffic and in /out delivering. We are lost by who’s just sitting or ordering or just there picking up. But it does not mean the customer service being excellent and or the quality of the foods, etc. 🫡💸🚀

“Last year I walked in and the music WAS SO LOUD THAT I HAD TO YELL MY ORDER. I asked if they could turn down the music and was told that there was a camera on the volume knob and if they touch it they get fired. I filled out the 'how was your visit' form on the corporate website and a district manager got back to me and apologized saying that a customer should not have to be subject to such. A month ago the same thing happened, this time I was told that the volume knob was broken. I again filled out the 'how was your visit' form and got zero response. I saw a phone number to call recently and called it and was told that someone would respond to my complaint. Nope. So in about a year they have gone from 'We will listen to our customers' to 'we will ignore our customers'. But the food is still good so there is that.“

“It's basically a Brazilian food restaurant and the food are frash and taste really good and the place is simple but quite a good atmosphere! I love this place for coffee, lunch, snack and dinner! Americans are often seeing in this place. Worth a try!“

“Our Girl Scout troop met at the Framingham location for ice cream and a Valentine’s Day card swap. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our large, high-energy group. They had excellent food allergy protocols. Great ice cream and reasonable prices.“
