My son and I went to Dunkin' and the employees didn't accept $100 bills. My son said that because he didn't know how to answer, he simply said that he didn't feel humiliated the way it was done, along with my son. So I paid with a credit card because we are Brazilian. I thought it could be racism. I'm very sad. I'm an example for my son, a 16-year-old boy who is helping me so much with my work during this vacation.

Wow how rude can you be I order a cappuccino. The description includes steamed milk. Which she didn’t do. I ask politely could u pls incl the milk foam (instead of dumping it out) she said I have to pay extra That why I pay for a cappuccino to begin with. Her next sentence : we have you on camera . So by politely asking for what I bought your second sentence is this. Never ever had anything like this Avoid !!!

I ordered breakfast for my family and coffee for me, I verified my order 3 times and they didn't ring up my coffee. Then they argued with me about the fact that I ordered the coffee. The food is cold and the toast I got is burnt. Never again, I will stick to the small cafe's from now on.
