I’ve ordered at this location for the past 3 -4 times and without fail, they always mess up the order.the receipt is so clear and yet when I open the bag, multiple items missing or replaced. Every time I bring it up to an employee they just fix it and move on. Not sure if it’s a language barrier or if they genuinely do not care but I’d rather not come here all then to have to struggle just to get my order correct. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION, you will be disappointed

First we order 25 munchkins and we asked for honey glazed, chocolate glazed and blueberry simple right? But, no we went to the first window and had ZERO clue what they were doing. I asked if I needed to stay at the first window and go to the next then without saying a word instead using hand gestures and she said to stay and then move to the next window. When we got to the next window a new woman came out and asked if we got 25 mixed munchkins. Even though we clearly asked for those specific munchkins. Then she disappeared and after a 5 minutes another woman finally came out and handed us the box and they gave us JELLY which we specifically did not ask for. After another 5 minutes they finally brought out the correct order. A normal Dunkin order should never take this long. Don’t come here.

Didn’t put my full order in drive back 10 mins to only make me pay for it again. BURNT them. Threw the bag into my hand. I ordered 5 things asked for ketchup she gave me 1 single one. They were all rude. Everyone in the store was complaining. Half were sitting around. Place was busy and getting everyone’s order wrong.

The last who works in the afternoons with little Chinese man is SO RUDE!!!!!! I honestly dread coming anytime she’s working AMA hate having to deal with her! She is always so short with me and snaps at the man she works with. I asked him a simple question because he made eye contact with me and walked towards me with nothing in hisL hands she got so mad and snapped and was like NO! He only makes the drinks. Idk her attitude sucks and ruins the whole atmosphere for me

My buddy and I both got loaded hash browns and they were sad. Maybe like... four tiny pieces of bacon each and barely any cheese. Worst ones I've gotten from any location by far. However the staff are polite and the store has decent atmosphere, doesn't feel as 'sanitized' as other locations that feel like being in a hospital

Apparently only one person speaks English here and she has a nasty attitude and ignores customers. Sandwiches are always cold, drinks never made correctly, customers ignored, no public restrooms, trash always overflowing, creamers are frozen, coffee smells foul, cream cheese taste rotten very disappointing considering being in a good location in front of a motel it’s very disappointing! I wouldn’t come here again and neither should you!
It's a standard Dunkin Donuts. Service was slower than usual and the emphasis was on the drive through so those of us inside just had to wait. It's a convenient location.

My son and I went to Dunkin' and the employees didn't accept $100 bills. My son said that because he didn't know how to answer, he simply said that he didn't feel humiliated the way it was done, along with my son. So I paid with a credit card because we are Brazilian. I thought it could be racism. I'm very sad. I'm an example for my son, a 16-year-old boy who is helping me so much with my work during this vacation.
