Came here for a latte and donut on my way home from work. Everything in my order was correct, the staff were friendly, and they were working as fast as is reasonable. The wait was not very long, although it could have been shorter if there were more than two employees working. I hope they're not understaffed.
The only Dunkin’ location I have ever come across that actually offers refunds. Smooth service and mobile order mistakes are made up. That’s all I can say about this location :)
Girls and Guys always have a smile on their faces and greet you with a cheery GM.. They all have a great customer service attitude and I always enjoy visiting everyday for my morning work coffee! Also, even when it's busy, they have you in & out of there alot quicker than some other Dunkin establishments ive visited!
