Visted this morning. I ordered a Egg and Cheese on Plain Bagel and a medium "Sabrina’s Brown Sugar Shakin’ Espresso." The drink took longer than to make the Egg and Cheese Bagel. The bagel tasted stale. The drink was good.

I attempted to order a coffee using my app, but the computer system malfunctioned. Despite having already paid, the manager, who has short hair and a buzz cut on the sides, refused to give me my coffee or issue a refund. She was extremely rude and unreasonable, even arguing with me at the drive-through. The workers also seemed lost and didn’t know what they were doing. This experience was disrespectful, and I won't be returning to this location. It’s clear they struggle with the Dunkin’ Donuts app and lack basic customer service skills. I'm truly disappointed.

Sick of coming here and having issues with our orders. Today it was just a straight up stale bagel that felt like cardboard to bite through. Another fun issue is they don't even bother mixing your drink so you get told you have to ask for it mixed. Then you get told you don't have to ask for it mixed, except sometimes when they forget to mix it lol. Somehow their drinks even done properly still have this worse taste to them in comparison to others. There's more to the issues with this place but i'll just let other reviews speak for themselves. Fortunately there's like 50 dunkin's per town, I recommend the one by Firestone.

Omg I don't know if this is a receipt but come on I don't think you should take the drive tru the person they put there doesn't understand Spanish and apparently English I didn't have to talk to the supervisor to give me what I really asked for for my order better between no drive tru

Rude manager. I got a coffee on the drive through and the milk was spoiled. It’s okay it happens. Went inside to ask for a refund, the guy smelled the coffee and said it has gone bad and that it looked like the milk was out since yesterday. He asked for the manager to give me a refund and she was rolling her eyes and was saying in the back in Portuguese “she says is smelling bad” and came back with an attitude, gave me the refund, didn’t apologize, just act annoyed. I wasn’t annoyed until she acted like I was the inconvenience for returning a coffee with milk that was out from yesterday
As others have shared, consistency is not their strong suit.

It's so inconsistent here, somedays the coffee is great and then others it tastes so horrible if I didn't do drive thru I would ask for a refund.Not sure if iced coffee is not made fresh or used too long. Incredibly frustrating.

Was a busy time I get that however no excuse for not making my coffee right. And when asking for cold foam I should get a cold foam sipping lid not a dome lid with a straw. Not sure how to drink this now without taking the lid off.
