The worst drive through experience:
Ordered a strawberry donut, drove through to pick it up, turns out it was not available to being with, which was ok. Asked for a chocolate one instead, the guy at the window gave me a vanilla one with frosting down inside paper bag. No courtesy while speaking to a customer either.
Person at the drive through either too smart for the job or the opposite, which is more likely.

Thank God Dunkin' is a fine a dozen in this area because this location bad. I was sitting at the drive thru mic for 5 minutes on a Sunday afternoon when there was only 1 other car I. The drive thru and from what I could see no customers inside.
After 5 minutes someone said something as I was looking up directions to another location but what I responded I was again met with silent.
The guy in the drive through is rude, condescending and has no business doing a customer facing job. On top of that, the croissant was burnt. Will never buy from here.

If you want a good start to your morning don’t stop here! order at the speaker and when u get to the window nobody knows what’s going on anymore they messed up everything about my order. they have me wondering if the person at the speaker and the one at the window are even in the same building it’s so terrible…I avoid this location like the plague bc it’s rare for them to get it right and believe it or not it gets worse when you try and go inside to avoid the kerfuffle….you wait even LONGER if i’m going in this direction I will no longer stop here i will go to starbucks from now on just down the street because this place isn’t worth ruining your morning…they owe me money from this morning’s transaction I had to fight the urge to throw my wrong coffee in someone’s face so I just gave it back politely and drove away without bothering with my refund bc I knew this confrontation was going to go from bad to worse I asked for 2 french crullers and a small ice coffee when i got up there the coffee was wrong and they informed me they have no french crullers why take the order at the speaker then? I am going to stick to my promise of never bothering with this location again and I still want my refund GET IT TOGETHER! ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE

Visted this morning. I ordered a Egg and Cheese on Plain Bagel and a medium "Sabrina’s Brown Sugar Shakin’ Espresso." The drink took longer than to make the Egg and Cheese Bagel. The bagel tasted stale. The drink was good.
