You couldn’t even understand yourself think why in the world where I want to come back after spending $20 on two drinks and two brownies that were hard in the center when there were employees in the backyard, yelling and streaming and acting like young people when they should’ve been actually walking their job instead of getting paid.

I was ordered my hot espresso quads coffee like always using the app and to be a HOT, received iced I ask them to redo and next my was a tea also hot they placed one bags instead two which is standard. I have a dog with me and one of workers ask me if is a service dog ( yes I know the rules for go in place with my service dog why need to ask me ( she stay in her backpack) I only ask for a water
My change keeps coming up short here. God only knows why. The hot coffee is never hot enough, as it is usually luke warm or cool. It should be piping hot.
The staff is super friendly. I’m Never disappointed with the quality and their dedication towards customer satisfaction!

This location is at Sherwood Plaza , Framingham , Ma. This Starbucks is amazing . The vibe is super friendly and warm . The place is immaculately kept on the cleanliness level including the bathrooms . They have indoor and outdoor seating . Today I got a grande mocha cookie crumble , a plan bagel with cream cheese , a pupa chino for my dog ?, and a refresher everything was excellent. They have a free big parking lot ?️., so no worries on Parking . The prices are standard for any Starbucks in MA. The quality is gourmet coffee shop . I am a Starbucks regular so I recommend everything on the menu ,?.
Parking: Huge big parking lot no worries about working. . This location has no drive thru . They have public bathrooms .

If you want to refresh your throat or you are hot, this is where I recommend the best refreshers, you have several flavors, the employees are very friendly and you can tell them what you want to add or remove from your drink and they very kindly do it, they have hot drinks as well. for example coffee, and tea. They have other things to eat too, they have free parking and WiFi.
