They overcharged me and didn't adjust it. My total was $11.62, I paid with a $10 gift card and when I went to pay the remaining balance on my debit card, it got charged $7.98 when I should have only needed to pay $1.62. The barista did not work on fixing that or get the manager. I didn't have time to argue with them about it because I didn't want to be late for work. I miss the one that used to be next door to Old Navy!

Everytime i go to Starbucks i order a venti pink lemonade açaí with cold vanilla foam. In my opinion the foam is the best part it’s so pretty and tastes amazing. And one day i was there and they forgot it. Idk if they didn’t hear but i have the whole order written in my phone and i know i said it !!

For those who like coffee, this is the place, there is it almost on every corner. I recommend the cake with a lemon layer on top.

Parking: Here, all establishments have large parking lots with designated spaces much larger than those in Brazil.

Wheelchair accessibility: It has special tables for wheelchair users.

Chronically understaffed for years. Long waits are standard and there’s never enough seating.

We were here while there was a medical incident and we were really impressed with how caring and attentive the staff were to the patient and her family and the first aider who responded (even helping with child care so she was free to help), while also continuing to serve the customers in line. Great crew. Well done.

Extremely understaffed ! It takes forever to get your order. One of the employees left for a loooong assssss break while they were swamped(after saying “no one wants to work, we need to shut down now”), he was also doing a pretty bad job making drinks, acted like a child. Definitely not a good fit for the team.

They really need more seatings - there were a total of 4 tables and not even a standing area for you to take a sip of drink. The bakery display also looks very disorganized and nothing looked fresh. Someone needs to go help them.

I usually go here every Tuesday and this Tuesday was horrible it’s usually full of great people and today I went in and ordered my drinks and waited 20 minutes just to have messed up drinks and rude service the cashier had messed up my order and the barista was asking questions and as I tried to tell and explain he was quick to get angry and frustrated and acted as if I were the problem so I will no longer be going here due to rude baristas
