You are my favorite place to go! Your staff is always amazing and their hospitality skills are first rate! My go to is Framingham because I live 1/2 mile away, but I have been to several other locations. The staff always makes me feel valued and appreciated! I know I am missing some (or they have left) but, Olivia, Marissa, Shamus, Sara, Donna, Bruno, Josh, and Michaela have spoiled me!

Very upset with the service in this establishment. I’m not sure if this is true of all their restaurants but the one in Framingham sat us at our table and didn’t acknowledge us once. No, I’ll be right with you, no welcoming wishes, no nothing ! Another couple came in 5 minutes after us and they were greeted, seated, and given drinks all while we waited. We finally got up and left after sitting there unnoticed 🤔🤔 not happy
I can’t explain the experience that my husband and I had here this past Saturday. I have to eat gluten free and my husband found Tavern in the Square had a large selection of gluten free items for me to choose from. Brandon was our waiter. He was very knowledgeable about my allergy. Through a little bit of small talk with Brandon, we shared with him a situation that we were going through.
