Went here with my mom the other day coming home from a doctor's appointment in Boston MA, nice large restaurant. My mom had a reward to use . The young girl was very polite and the service was speedy. We love eating at Panera Bread. We are both Sip Club members. Just recently joined the Sip - Club ! Its a very busy plaza . We enjoy going to different PB locations. This was our first time coming to this location. Would consider coming back when in the immediate future!!
The food is generally fresh and flavorful, especially the soups and salads, which I really enjoy. However, the service can be a bit slow during peak hours, and I’ve had a couple of orders mixed up. Overall, it's a decent spot for a quick bite, just be prepared for a wait sometimes.
Not the greatest ambience, simply because there were no couches or comfy chairs. The dining area is composed of mostly tables and hard chairs. There are some upholstered booths along the walls. However, if you are looking for that cozy couch experience near the fireplace, you won't find it here. The scones were a little flat (in their shape), not round and plump.

Panera Bread offers a familiar experience with similar taste and service across all locations. While vegetarian options may be limited, the Mediterranean bowl stands out. Despite occasional pastry shortages, the fresh soup and salad are highlights, with generous bread offerings. The busy atmosphere is efficiently managed by a friendly and attentive staff. The new green goddess cob salad with chicken is a customer favorite, reflecting the consistently great service and accurate orders. Although wait times can be longer due to high demand, the ample seating and parking options make it a convenient choice for a meal at this bustling location.
The restaurant is known for its excellent food quality, including the delicious chipotle chicken avocado melt that customers enjoy during their travels. However, some customers have noted that the customer service could be improved, with staff not always assisting customers in finding their online orders or greeting them upon arrival. Despite these minor issues, the restaurant maintains a chill atmosphere and serves up tasty sandwiches, soups, and sides.
