I made an order for Superbowl about a week in advance for a 6:00 PM pickup. When I arrived at 6:00 PM, they said that they just started on the 4:15 PM orders. There was a huge crowd waiting for their food. They said the 6:00 PM orders may be started on in about an hour, so I decided to wait at the store. 7:15 PM comes along, and they quoted yet another hour. I was upset but decided to stay. The half time show just ended when they finished with my order. I missed most of the Superbowl with my family. There were about 25-30 orders on the wall that weren't picked up by people. It would have been better if the workers just worked on the orders for the people who were currently at the store. So ultimately, I was there the entire time, and no apologies from corporate were made. The front staff barely made an apology, and only offered to cancel my order when it was already far too late to order food from anywhere else. I love Wings Over, but this was egregiously mishandled. And no one at the store was offered any kind of compensation to the customers.

I places a 100$+ order for Superbowl Sunday. I did not receive my order and did not receive any communication about the order getting cancelled.

Next morning I went to the store and they mentioned that around 100 orders were not delivered and that someone will get in touch with us about the same.

I have still not received any communication about the screw up .. and any acknowledgement of the same

I just ordered a 3 pack combo with fries and the sauce on the tenders was not applied. It was honey mustard 3 pack with regular fries. What I received was sauce less tenders and fries kind of disappointed with the service.

I submitted an order online on 12/28/25. The order was incorrect. When I called the store the manager was not helpful and no apology for the bad service.

I start my $50 order. Fine I wasn’t gonna say anything. They send me a text message asking about my experience so I text back letting them know. They messed up my order. I guess it’s supposed to be good cause they responded but they’ll try harder in the future. Well, there is no future I won’t be back

Oh boy! The wings we got tonight were NOT good at all. There was next to no sauce on any of my orders. It gives me distinct "franchisee/ management desperately trying to maximize profits by skimping on the good stuff." The only redeaming for my dry tenders was for me to use my own sauces. After reading through countless other reviews and seeing how many people have similar issues, the issue is clear. Quite frankly, I was shocked that Wings allows a franchise to operate so differently from other locations. We will absolutely not be ordering from this location again. It's too expensive to be served sub-par food.

Since I have lived in Framingham, Wings Over. It has changed its menu a few times, (it also moved, but still close enough to go). With each change, it was very noticeable, but not in necessarily in an off-putting way. I still very much enjoy their food. But the Tater Tots are no longer there and they don't have teriyaki as a flavor anymore. Overall, still good chicken. And, I go about once a month.

Food poisoning hit me and my partner about 8-10 hours after eating here.

Chicken was soft and like… super wet, almost like you’d expect from boiled chicken.

I’ve eaten at the Worcester and old Waverly St locations many times with no issue. So, I will not be returning to this location.

This review isn't on the food nor the employees that work there this is for the decisions made by wings corporate. For 44$ we normally get the family meal it comes with wings, loaded tots and drinks. We come to find out they got rid of the tots plus the drinks are now no longer included. Until they bring back these we will not go until things change. Just a sigh of cost cutting and corporate greed killing this place... again

As a take out place, this is a good spot. You don’t see many people dining inside here. You basically know what you’re getting from a Wings Over as it’s usually* pretty consistent between locations.

We usually get 20 wings with two flavors and one plain with ranch and blue cheese. Service is always just fine. Not friendly nor rude. Today, the order came with none of the dips. I thought they forgot to put them in, but I was told it will cost extra. He said they changed it. I assume “they” is the Wings Over company. The wings we got today needed to be fried more. The plain ones without sauce had bad taste. We will no longer be back.
