Oh boy! The wings we got tonight were NOT good at all. There was next to no sauce on any of my orders. It gives me distinct "franchisee/ management desperately trying to maximize profits by skimping on the good stuff." The only redeaming for my dry tenders was for me to use my own sauces. After reading through countless other reviews and seeing how many people have similar issues, the issue is clear. Quite frankly, I was shocked that Wings allows a franchise to operate so differently from other locations. We will absolutely not be ordering from this location again. It's too expensive to be served sub-par food.

Since I have lived in Framingham, Wings Over. It has changed its menu a few times, (it also moved, but still close enough to go). With each change, it was very noticeable, but not in necessarily in an off-putting way. I still very much enjoy their food. But the Tater Tots are no longer there and they don't have teriyaki as a flavor anymore. Overall, still good chicken. And, I go about once a month.

Food poisoning hit me and my partner about 8-10 hours after eating here.
Chicken was soft and like… super wet, almost like you’d expect from boiled chicken.
I’ve eaten at the Worcester and old Waverly St locations many times with no issue. So, I will not be returning to this location.

This review isn't on the food nor the employees that work there this is for the decisions made by wings corporate. For 44$ we normally get the family meal it comes with wings, loaded tots and drinks. We come to find out they got rid of the tots plus the drinks are now no longer included. Until they bring back these we will not go until things change. Just a sigh of cost cutting and corporate greed killing this place... again

As a take out place, this is a good spot. You don’t see many people dining inside here. You basically know what you’re getting from a Wings Over as it’s usually* pretty consistent between locations.

We usually get 20 wings with two flavors and one plain with ranch and blue cheese. Service is always just fine. Not friendly nor rude. Today, the order came with none of the dips. I thought they forgot to put them in, but I was told it will cost extra. He said they changed it. I assume “they” is the Wings Over company. The wings we got today needed to be fried more. The plain ones without sauce had bad taste. We will no longer be back.

There is no AC in the building you sweat while you're standing and waiting a half an hour for your food they overcharge for food that is literally frozen it's not fresh I shouldn't be wasting $20 on lunch just for four pieces of chicken and some fries Don't go here just literally go somewhere else McDonald's is even cheaper

I tried the 6-piece wing meal with Korean spicy sauce. Given the over $16 cost, the best part of meal was the bottle of Diet Coke. The wings didn’t have any flavor and not much meat on the bone. Overall, this was a real disappointment and I would not recommend when you can literally go across the street and get wings from Whole Foods that cost less and taste better.
Wings Over Framingham returned from the dead, but maybe it was best to remain that way.
The atmosphere is ok. Every time we went there was a smell in the place from all of the chicken marinades mixing together, or it could've been the bathroom? I don't know but it was unpleasant, but not too overwhelming.
The service to order is alright, the waiting is not. I've seen multiple people try to order, get angry, or leave altogether because the orders took too long. Even ordering ahead online, we still had to wait a decent amount of time for the order.
As for the chicken, it was alright. Not quite the same as other locations, but still had a similar taste for it. I typically get the garlic parmesan tenders, and it did taste the same as other locations. However, the portion size was a bit small, and there was a lack of similar marinade/rubs on the other flavors we got.
I think it would be better to just drive into Boston to that location.

I am a frequent flyer here and never had any problems before. Today I was charged 13 dollars for four chicken tenders and they didn’t even give me blue cheese, and when I asked for a single blue cheese they said it was going to be an extra 1.50. What a joke. Overpriced garbage I never was charged extra before. Never go cheap on your customers. I will not be returning here.

Previously, five-star, now single ? Huge mistake, Wings Over Framingham.
As of July 16th. They have removed their special from the menu. Previously, you'd get eight boneless wings with two types of dipping sauce for $10.
Now they want to charge you double. We looked forward each week to try different flavors. We have been customers for the last 32 weeks. It amazes me how many customers they're losing.
I see a lot of dissatisfied customers going forward. This evening July 16th 2024 while composing this review. I have counted at least 15 different vehicles leave with out ordering food for diner this evening ?
Let's figure out a compromise going forward. Otherwise we will have to start looking.
