First time ordering and my last.Order arrived 25 minutes late, it was supposed to be delivered in 40-50 minutes arrived 1.5 hour later. And food was definitely cold2 items of my order were missingI ordered 2 regular plain fries, we received cheese and bacon fries .So basically one meal was delivered correctly!

The chicken was not great and it smelled bad. This is why ppl say wash your chicken. Bc it definitely has a smell to it. Althought they provide a sauce the chicken just lacked flavor and was bland. We couldn't even finish it and just threw it out. The taste of the sauces are very subtle and need to be amped up a bit. Didn't taste the chipotle or citrus in the BBQ sauce at all. Idk if you can but salt your chicken pls. Service was great though.

I got the hot lemon pepper and garlic parm tenders with garlic parm fries. All very good! I was expecting the lemon pepper one to taste more like lemon pepper, but it really just tasted like buffalo sauce. Still tasty! Would eat again.

Terrible customer service. I ordered via the website, picked up the food on my way home asking if everthing ordered was in the bag, and when I got the food home several items were missing. Called the establishment and got a very rude man telling me he would not help with refund for missing items. Will not waste my money there again.

Ordered takeout. Order was ready. Had to maneuver around a bunch of DoorDash drivers. At home, the order was cold. Wings were gummy without much flavor and not crispy at all. We wanted to enjoy this experience but no one liked it.

Maybe it's a one time thing, but ain't no way I'm coming back again.I ordered Honey BBQ and Medium Hot wings and taters.The wings were so pale from the lack of sauce coverage, and very soggy. Now you might argue that the steam collecting in the closed container is what made it soggy. No. I'm talking so soggy it was basically boiled in water. I have never had this happen to me with wings from Buffalo Wild Wings or some local pizza joint when I pick up orders.And the flavor? Their flavored sauces must be the Lacroix of sauces cause you are only getting the slightest hint of anything. They basically showed the wings a picture of a bottle of hot sauce and called it a day. Cmon bruhHas food ever made you actually sad? These wings made me unironically sad. I ate 3 and just decided to skip dinner. That's how sad it made me. It didn't make me want to eat something else. It made me not want to eat P E R I O D

Placed a order yesterday through grubhub for pickupWhen I got home I noticed my loaded fries where missingInstead of asking for a refund I called to ask if I could go pick it up, the person how got the phone didn’t apologize for their mistake and acted like I was stealing…Is not the first time something on my order is missing but this one will be the last because I’m never coming back to this place.

I had great experience here super staff! Boneless tenders fantastic food and flavors! Great ambiance and super clean shop, I was impressed , the young lady behind the counter was making sure things were right and cleaning tables even though there are few she was on top of our order, the chef making the wings and kitchen staff know there stuff , to go packaging was fabulous also not many places use good container they do . Thank you I'll be back often!
