Twice now they have overcharged us. First time I brought it to their attention they apologized and gave me back the $. Second time they not only overcharged me but got order wrong. When I called the cook answered and he was rude. I called back later to talk to manager (?) again apologized and said come tomorrow for refund at 4. I went and she was not there, but cook was a d he was so incredibly rude! Yelled at me, threw money at me and continued to insult me as I walked out the door and to my car.

My partner and I have a routine of getting takeout every Friday and are looking for quality places to eat in the area. We found 360 pizzeria and decided to swap out our typical takeout place and try this place. We were excited about all the different options and were hoping for a good experience. We spent nearly $80 on food for the 2 of us, with the expectation of having some leftovers. Half the orders were incorrect. Instead of a calzone, we received a sauceless pizza and the dessert we order was 3/4 of what was advertised on their menu. We had to go through slice for a refund. I was informed that 360 pizzeria had declined to refund us our money because they had already made the calzone. As we already had a large amount of food, getting another large order was not within our storage capacity and it was declined. they continued to refuse a refund and at best, offered us a $10 coupon wherein the calzone was at least twice that if not more. In this economy, I have no patience for poor customer service and if I'm going to be spending any amount of money on anything, I expect to be correct and I don't give 2nd chances, especially to the places around Franklin, as most of the experiences have been disappointing. They had the chance to create a good first impression on an affluent pair that regularly eats out and they chose to be disrespectul and unaccountable. We will not be ordering from them again, they are not worth supporting.

Placed an online order and went to pick it up but no one was there. Door was locked. Big flag outside says OPEN. So disappointing.

One thing I hate is for me to say my order loud and clear & still receive the wrong thing. Never again ordering from here. Why would somebody want unseasoned plain chicken wings? I asked for HOTWINGS and got a box of wings that went in the trash!! Money wasted!!

Awesome pizza. Tried it for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. Meatball and ricotta was awesome. Slightly higher prices than I would have hoped, about 56$ for two pizza (large and medium) delivered. Very good overall.

This is the best restaurant in franklin. Great prices, The best food, the best staff. The steak and cheese amazing. The pizza is fantastic, cheeseburger sub is great. The owner actually cares about their customers and takes pride in every dish on the menu. They also use much better quality ingredients than most places, you can tell right from that first bite. 10/10 every single time.

I was just straight up lied to by the lady at the counter. I tried to order a single slice, as I have in the past, and was told they never sold slices and to go to 7-11. The pizza has never been especially good compared to the 15+ other pizzerias in this town, but Franklin Pizza & Deli was closed, so I figured I could settle for sub-par this once. Absolutely never going back in there.

Updated!Last Thursday we placed an order from 360 Pizza. We were pretty let down, to say the least. We expressed that in detail. Sunday we received a call from the owner apologizing repeatedly and reiterating it should have never happened. As he said, people are human and make mistakes but wants to put out the best food and service he can. The call showed how much he does care about his business. Even though it was only a small order, he could have just blown off the situation. My wife and I write reviews after almost every meal. This is not to hurt someone’s business but when you pay sometimes a lot of money for food these days. You should be getting what you pay for along with good service. It’s the business they chose. The owner of 360 not only plans on refunding our order but he wants to send us a gift certificate for $50 the amount our order was after the tip. Someone who can admit a mistake or wrongdoing is a big deal to me. We will definitely give them another chance. Franklin once had some of the best places to eat years ago. I’d like to see the town get back to that and not just open mediocre food establishments.=====My Greek salad was terrible with Spanish and carrots?! Does everyone eat whatever the store prepares for you? Even if it’s not fresh at all? Even it’s not even close to the original order?! Specifically told them NOT to cut my Chicken Pam calzone; look what we got! It’s terrible! No quality control, no customer service, and no listening to simple directions from customers! See pictures!
This is The Place to get subs.I have not tried His pizza yet. But others nearby are just too high priced.

Wow. Just wow. Thank you for the *most amazing* party spread yesterday! My husband & I just moved home from Texas & super quickly wanted to plan the best 1st Birthday Party for our son. We've eaten at 360 plenty on visits home (ONLY GOOD GLUTEN FREE PIZZA AROUND!) & other family has catered parties with Johnny & the crew before. Well, my socks were knocked off when he let me custom make the entire menu & didn't miss a beat when I wanted a monster charcuterie board along with finger sandwiches, butternut squash soup & other hot apps.. all off book. Not only did the 360 Team simply say "we can do it" they delivered (literally & figuratively) the best party food, to rave reviews from all in attendance. Anyone who has a party coming up this year & needs reliable & delicious catering or just looking for the best Pizza/Subs/Wings, etc. on any given night: let me help you look no further! #familyowned #pizza #smallbiz #eatlocal
