terrible service and attitude, didn't deliver drinks as their website said which is fine. they were refunding that, but they also did not include tortillas for the fajita meal that I ordered. because it was a third-party delivery they took accountability or responsibility for the fact that I had no tortillas and expected me to drive to the restaurant to get them and wouldn't refund me the fajita meal very poor class. They used to be better/ more attentive when they were in the center of Franklin, now they are poorly run.

We purposely went here for lunch and the food did not disappoint. We both ate the shredded beef chimichangas and drank the house margaritas. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. The decorations were pretty and the place was clean. The prices were very reasonable.

Was in the Franklin area so stopped into Acapulcos to check it out. Started out with some chips and salsa and a Margarita, with salted rim of course. Chips were warm and could tell they were freshly made. Margarita was very well made, lime juice, not the sour mix, getting some vitamin C. Opted for the Don Julio tequila. Ordered some guacamole and it was delicious, just the right seasoning and chunkiness that just makes you want to eat more. Ordered the Steak Fajitas for Two. What's not to love about a Sizzling platter of seasoned steak? It comes with flour tortilla wraps, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, rice, and refried beans. All the standard fixings. The steak, peppers, and onions were cooked perfectly; tender steak strips contrasting with the peppers and onions that had a slight firmness, which is nice. The rice and refried beans were great too. If you're in the Franklin area I'd recommend stopping in to Acapulcos for some food and a drink.

We come here often. The staff always have a smile and the food is always delicious. The Ultimate Margarita with Herradura is my favorite

Love the staff here. They are always so friendly. Steak fajitas come out steaming hot (though the onions could be cooked longer). Solid El Presidente margarita. Plenty of chips and salsa.

Food was not good at all. Taquitos were poly and deep fried. President margarita did not taste like a margarita at all. Very disappointing.

Used to be one of our favorites but went last night and disappointed not in food but in service. Food was as good as usual but we sat at bar and spent more time waiting for someone to come over to us than we spent getting food. Used to have a bartender in establishment that was on top of your order not last night. One bartender was talking to a customer at one end of bar the other bartender was doing shots with a patron at one of the tables. Very frustrating. We had to tell to get attention for our bill and then was told "I didn't order your food so you need to get other bartender". Are you kidding. Looks like they need to hire El Salvador back.

Food was great, but the service provided by a waitress Hinda was very disappointing. She is not courteous and not even interested in listening to the order before leaving the table. I understand, Today is Sunday in my concern if you don't like your work, leave no one is asking for a favor!

Food not as good as I remember. Chips very thick and not crunchy. We went on a Friday night. and the place was very empty ?! Since this used to be a great place to eat we will try again in a few months!

The food was only okay. I ordered tacos with soft corn tortillas. My normal taco spot will use two tortillas, but this place only used one and they completely fell apart. Fortunately I got take out and was at home, but if I were at the restaurant I'd have been to embarrassed to eat them, they were such a mess.
