First time there and never again. Ordered an A6. Beef teriyaki was dry chic fingers all dough chic wings left over and fatty. I threw it all in the trash. Wish I could give a 0000. It was awful. Shame on you.

The first time I went there it smelt like smoke and when I asked for a to go box the waitress gave me a look of horror and spit on my food. I tried it a second time and the food didn't come for several hours and only gave us 1 glass of water. Wouldn't recommend.

While the dishes were enjoyable, the standout of the experience was definitely the service. The person on the phone who helped us with our order was incredibly professional and attentive. They took the time to listen to our preferences and made thoughtful recommendations. When we arrived, the service continued to impress. The staff was friendly and efficient, checking in just the right amount to ensure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. It was clear that the team takes pride in providing excellent service, and that made the meal much more enjoyable. Overall, while the food was great, the excellent service truly enhanced the experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to Bamboo House not just for the tasty dishes, but for the top-tier service as well.

I came here after a long day to enjoy some convenient food, the food was warm and delectable but I found a hair although it was just extra protein, The staff was amazing though don’t get me wrong, this kid named Rick at the front counter filled the atmosphere with joy and comfort taking my order with excellent and perpetual customer service.

Great food at fair prices. I love the egg rolls, wings, the house specials dishes, many of the great noodle dishes from lo mein to chow foon noodles to Japanese noodles. I especially love the tofu and eggplant dishes! Great food if you know what to order. Hi Jerry!
