I would like to give a shout out to Zack and the only 2 other employees working today at 7p.m.It was a long wait and admittedly, I was getting frustrated. I saw a kid walk an order out to a parked car, I waited in line, I waited, and waited. After finally ordering I pulled up to the window. I saw 1 single person (zack) with his headset on, waiting on the people inside, this was the same person I saw bringing out an order to the car. When he came to the window I asked "are you the only one running this place?" He said "yeah, me and 2 others in the kitchen. That's why the wait was so long" I said "How is this even possible?" He replied "it's OK until someone gets mad and yells at me"At that moment I took a step back and realized how much those 3 people were trying to do to please everyone, and with what they had, they were doing amazing. I simply asked for crown and told him they were doing a great job. This kid had more multitasking skills then I've ever had. It made me think that my wait was nothing compared to the pressure these 3 people had on them for hrs. BK give them more money for stepping up

Our order was wrong the past two times I visited, and just today they waited at least 5 minutes between cars for taking orders. The two cars in front of me both had to "pull around" for their food. I'd rather go down the street and deal with Wendy's "surge pricing" than sit in the drive thru and wait for 20+ minutes. This location used to be better.

The fact that you are charging 25,000% over cost for a soda tells me that you all are ripping people off. You can get a burger for two dollars but a medium soda is almost 5? Something is really wrong with whoever is setting the pricing.

Dylan was so kind and professional and made our experience great. It was very refreshing to have a good experience at a Burger King again. Thanks Dylan! The manager Michelle was yelling at a staff member. She said some awful things. I was with my kids and I was just trying to get out of there as soon as I could. Before she was yelling when she took my order she kept talking over me and trying to interrupt me. After she took my order she shoved the receipt in my face. It was horrific.
