They give so small portions on burritos or bowls compared to other chipotle...if someone is getting not all toppings..one should at least pile on the ones one is having...make it an actual bowl..so shitty they are so greedy. Dude pile on the food proportionately at least. We will definitely not go to this one. Spending $10.20 on a bowl and this is the portion you get. My partner had a burrito it was like kids portion. Support other places, avoid this one for sure.

I stopped there with my girlfriend last Sunday for lunch and the employees treated us in a bad mood, when we went to get our food everything was dirty, missing rice🌾, and the woman who was serving us went to the other side to get it where there was only the shavings that they took for delivery. And when we went to sit down, the tables were all dirty with rice🍚 and napkins everywhere, lettuce🥬 too, everything very dirty and disorganized. I think they need a manager or someone to monitor the place all day, because this wasn't the only time I saw all this. A place like Chipotle where there are people going all the time and coming across this situation. It's not cool.

Not such a great experience today. Upon walking in every table was dirty. I wanted to trun around and leave, but my husband wanted to try it. The portion size was good, and the meat was flavorful, but I just can't get over how dirty the floor and tables were. Happy it was nice enough to sit outside.

RUDE workers! Gave me a skimpy portion of steak so I asked for a “little more” but did not request a DOUBLE portion. Just wanted a full scoop! They charged me double and when I asked if she was charging me double I got a rude “YES?!” like I was the idiot. I frequently get double protein but will specifically ask and they give good scoops. Never have I ever been charged double (which wasn’t even a double portion) for asking for just a little bit more. This location is going downhill and the workers are so incredibly rude. Will be taking my business elsewhere now. I refuse to be charged for something I didn’t ask for.

Man I don’t know what it is about this location but they DO NOT like putting meat on your bowls. I asked for double chicken and she did 1.5 tiny scoops.

Portion sizes are lacking, and a manager gave attitude when confronted about extra rice (not an upcharged meat mind you) Regardless standards shouldn't change varying on the chipotle. Management needs to do better.

Dirty inside. Every single table was a mess and the floor was dirty too. Can't eat at a place in that condition because my question is "what's going on in the back where the food is prepared?"
This is the dirtiest, most unkept chipotle I’ve ever seen. All employees are chitchatting and the tables as a mess!
Also, please teach your employees that the point of wearing gloves is to protect the food and not themselves. What’s the point of touching the garbage can, your hair, and forehead with the gloves on and then touch customers’ food!!!
Update on 7/16/24: I was surprised to see a management response to my review.
However, it’s pretty clear that’s just lip service…probably to give the impression that they are interested in taking action.
Why do I say that? Because the link they included in their response takes me to a generic chipotle website that has nothing to do with my review or the particular location I visited.
I hope that the corporate team sees and figures this out. I gave my honest feedback as a customer and that’s as far as I will go.

First time visiting chipotle- I was greeted by Kimberly , the store manager. She realized how confused I was with all the options. She took the time to help me order on the app. Without her help, I would have not been able to figure everything out.
Chipotle has a great manager to represent the company. We just finished eating what I ordered and I now I’m a custom for life.
Again, thank you , Kimberly for helping me out with my order. I’ll be back soon.
