Every time I come here, the staff is very caring and welcoming, even when there is a language barrier. They truly try their best to understand what you want, and that effort really shows.

I’ve come in around 8 PM when and the chairs are up but I completely understand because long days can be exhausting. Even then, the atmosphere is still comfortable, and there are tables in the back where you can sit and enjoy your food.

One of the managers, Kim, is especially helpful. She is very patient and kind when training new employees and always helps them understand what customers want if they’re unsure. You can tell she really cares about both the team and the customers. I don’t understand all these rude reviews. Some of you guys want everything to be perfect and yet you’re not either. This world has becomes such a negative place.

Terrible experience with the BOGO. On the website and socials it says BOGO goes till close but as I was ordering my two entrees im told that bogo just ended at 8pm and I have to pay full price. Person right in front of me was able to do the bogo. I feel scammed.

This establishment is in serious need of intervention. The facility is not clean, the staff is poorly trained, and the overall operation shows a clear lack of leadership. Ownership needs to step in immediately, and a visit from the health inspector would be more than justified given the conditions

Terrible service.They don’t speak English so I hope your order is easy. They will mess up as you watch and then stare at you like you have 10 heads when you try and correct the issue. Just don’t.
- Chipotle before you come in and tell me to report my experience…. I did. Order number 350 on 11/11 at 6:30pm.

Avoid Franklin location at all costs! You can expect to get half of the portion here than any other Chipotle. Staff doesn't care either. Don't waste your time and spend the $16 literally anywhere else. Panini place next door is fire and same price. 0/10 do not recommend

Unfair and Disrespectful Treatment on Halloween.
I’m very disappointed with the experience my son and I had at this Chipotle on Halloween. The restaurant was running a $6 meal promotion for anyone wearing a costume. My son came in wearing his sweatshirt and hat as his costume. The staff made his food but then refused to honor the offer, saying they didn’t like his costume and that is not a custom from their perspective.

What made it worse is that some of the employees started laughing at my son once he said this is my custom ,It was embarrassing and hurtful. When I came in to speak with the manager, 2 employees can and said they are both mangers, and one of them the lady one refused to serve us the food and she said no I am not going to give you the food even after they already make the food and she said this is not a custom my son said no it is and mention the name of the Carter he is wearing but she said no.
This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Promotions should be applied fairly to everyone, and no child should ever be made fun of by staff. I hope management and corporate take this seriously and make sure no other customer has to experience something like this.

How can you mess up chicken this bad??? I basically took it all out. Gross. Feels like they separated all the good meat from the rest of the bird and that's what was in my bowl. The rest wasn't bad but you need to do better if you want to survive in the food industry

Took my wife there I was pretty disgusted. The place is filthy. The staff doesn’t speak English and the food is kegged on the pan in the steam table i’m surprised the board of health hasn’t give them a violation

Yo don’t put open till 11pm if yall like to close at 10:30pm. Got there right at 10:30 to a sign taped on the front of the door saying temporary closed, not cool.

The gentleman working the cash register is amazing always give the best customer service ( idk his name but a taller man with a beard) I also had two older women serve my food and one was amazing but the second was very rude and didn’t realize that I speak Spanish while talking very rudely as if I didn’t understand ….. food was good but please don’t talk trash about your customers please

Staff were very unfriendly. Woman preparing my food did not say oner word to me. She slammed the container down as if I did something wrong. Most of the tables were dirty. I would not go to this location again. Very poor customer service!!
