Staff were very unfriendly. Woman preparing my food did not say oner word to me. She slammed the container down as if I did something wrong. Most of the tables were dirty. I would not go to this location again. Very poor customer service!!

Great food but terrible customer service.

Everytime I am here my food is always perfect, great portions and great food. However, the workers at this chipotle are out of touch with reality, they will just blankly stare at you sometimes and give you dirty looks for no apparent reason. They also cannot comprehend simple questions. Food places need to hire people that know how to talk to other people instead of being robots.

I had another bad experience at this location. They got the food wrong while I was standing there ordering. I was literally arguing with the person making the order, and they just did what they wanted. Either they didn't understand what I was saying, or they just didn't care. I won't be back at this location for a while.

Loaded it up with rice, light on the meat. Ordered guacamole and they just put a teaspoon’s worth in. We ordered a large bag of chips and they were very stale. This location has gone way down hill.

I order from DoorDash and get a sealed package without one of my meal and won’t be able to talk on the phone with the store . They just had an answering machine who doesn’t let you talk to the crew . Really bad Costomer service. They never see me again. That’s the store at Franklin Village in Franklin MA

I ordered a kids make your own taco and a kids quesadilla and they combined them in the same container. They didn’t give me taco shells for the kids make your own taco. Organization is a mess. Didn’t notice until I got home because I was dealing with my kid and ordering my own bowl.

Chipotle is always a kind of back up for vegan or veggie choices and still a healthy option. Never my first vegan nor veggie choices like BonMe, HoneyGrow, or especially DiG ( always a first choice now since The Grainmaker chain shut down in the Boston area sadly), Chipotle can be found just about any area out here while travelling thru the Metroscape ..

They give so small portions on burritos or bowls compared to other chipotle...if someone is getting not all toppings..one should at least pile on the ones one is having...make it an actual bowl..so shitty they are so greedy. Dude pile on the food proportionately at least. We will definitely not go to this one. Spending $10.20 on a bowl and this is the portion you get. My partner had a burrito it was like kids portion. Support other places, avoid this one for sure.

I stopped there with my girlfriend last Sunday for lunch and the employees treated us in a bad mood, when we went to get our food everything was dirty, missing rice🌾, and the woman who was serving us went to the other side to get it where there was only the shavings that they took for delivery. And when we went to sit down, the tables were all dirty with rice🍚 and napkins everywhere, lettuce🥬 too, everything very dirty and disorganized. I think they need a manager or someone to monitor the place all day, because this wasn't the only time I saw all this. A place like Chipotle where there are people going all the time and coming across this situation. It's not cool.

Not such a great experience today. Upon walking in every table was dirty. I wanted to trun around and leave, but my husband wanted to try it. The portion size was good, and the meat was flavorful, but I just can't get over how dirty the floor and tables were. Happy it was nice enough to sit outside.
