My father would take my brother, sister, and I to Devita's to buy candy as kids back in the 1970s. I was then a neighbor with the original owner, Joe Devita, in Florida. What are the odds. Great memories.
Sandwiches are really good, but Really disappointed that this staple of in Franklin is not a very pleasant place to go into since the new owners took over. The staff appears miserable always and while ordering you feel as if you are bothering them. Also feel like they are complaining to each other after you place an order. Just had a Chicken Parm sandwich from here and OMG!!! When I tell you I wish I could have another! I was shocked how good it was and the price was awesome!! Definitely will be making the trip back to town just for Devitas
