Messed up my order AGAIN! Ordered a large specialty pizza, that comes with pepperoni and sausage, also added paid add-ons, they only added the add ons, no meat !!! I’d understand if 1-2 ingredients are missing if it’s busy or rush hour orders, but this wasn’t the case, just plain carelessness in making the pizza.

I ordered online for the first time ever. I have not had Dominos in years. I was extremely happy with the food, the delivery! I highly recommend the thin crust! so YUMMY! The loaded tots are to die for!

Usually a 9/10. Sometimes a hit a miss but truthfully the best chain pizza place in the area. Usually follows online orders to a T. As long as they double check they have everything it’s a 10/10. After trying order online multiple times and it getting kicked back I tried to call. It never rang and just said call failed multiple times I figured it may be my service so I tried again later and still call failed. So I decided to go to the store and I walk in and explain the app wouldn’t let me order and the lady stares at me blankly so I say I need to order and her English is so poor it took another 5 minutes to order and the only other employee didn’t speak English. What a pain.

Was charged extra for the topping which I could hardly find on the pizza. Almost no cheese on the pizza. Have had this same pizza from a different outlet and it was great but this one from the Franklin outlet was the worst dominos pizza ever!
