Not only incompetent, but terrible attitude. I ordered a simple order, loaded hashbrowns with extra queso and extra crumbled bacon many times at this location, every time the same- slabs of bacon and after asked specifically for crumbled bacon and a normal portion of queso after charging me an extra $2 per loaded hasbrown- and on top of that I’m given attitude. Girl at window told me to order ‘extra extra’ for a ‘extra’ order and when I did, it somehow still got messed up..? I told the girl that it was still wrong and she got a huge disgusting attitude and she said ‘you should’ve ordered extra extra’ when thats what I did.. when I confronted her on her own words.. she said ‘I know I took your order.. I don’t know what to tell you’ .. overall wouldn’t recommend.. find another location or replace the distasteful staff

The miffins we had were very good as was the coffee. Even the decaf, which my wife bought, was hot. That is very unusual as decaf is usually an afterthought, even for coffee shops.
The service was friendly and prompt, though the lady who served us had a bit of a problem with the register. But we just made light of it and had a good experience.

Just went through the drive through and this woman probably in her late 30s was screaming at her male coworker when we pulled up to the window. She was rude to us while taking our order as well. Thursday morning on Thanksgiving shift. Understand you don’t want to be working the holiday, we were going to leave a generous tip but definitely not under that terrible service!!!!!

Very rude older staff in the morning order was taken wrong then I was criticized that I gave my order wrong yet we get the same order at least twice a week ended up canceling order they gave me the two coffees that were already made that tasted like dirt you can tell that it was not freshly brewed and it had been sitting there all morning or possibly overnight I do not recommend this location at all

Im not usually one to complain but this dunkin is awful. Wish I could five it negative stars. Slowest, rudest dunkin I've ever been to. Made my order incorrect, I went to ask to get something else and they just snatched the bag from my hand. Heard another worker shout that there was nothing wrong with it. Then they gave me the same exact sandwich in a different bag. I was fed up and already late so I just left. Will never be returning.

Unbelievably rude and unpleasant elderly woman with short gray hair working the window this morning 12/12. Definitely won’t be returning to this location in hopes of never having to encounter her again. Piss poor attitude, lighten up.
