Im not usually one to complain but this dunkin is awful. Wish I could five it negative stars. Slowest, rudest dunkin I've ever been to. Made my order incorrect, I went to ask to get something else and they just snatched the bag from my hand. Heard another worker shout that there was nothing wrong with it. Then they gave me the same exact sandwich in a different bag. I was fed up and already late so I just left. Will never be returning.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Particularly in the drive through window. I do not recommend anyone to go there. They rush you and like to shove bags in your hands so you can leave. Honestly never had a bad experience at a dunks before. Maybe they need to look at the cameras to pinpoint these happiness thugs and fire them.

We often stop at this Dunkin if we are on our way somewhere because it's the closest to the highway. But it is always so busy! Maybe that is why their quality control is such an issue? But we have never left this location happy with our order. Last time, we ordered food and after 20 minutes, I finally approached them to find out what happened. They made it then and it took a few minutes. I really should have checked it but, of course, I didn't because we were running late. Missing bacon on a "bacon, egg, and cheese". Today, I ordered a large cold brew with cold foam (picture).... Glad to see they we so kind to splash some cold foam on the top. I get it, it's a fast food restaurant. But you are still paying for a product, so I don't think asking for a product to be made correctly is really much to ask.

I had an on going issue with DDs. I went to corporate and I got the typical go, you know what, letter in return. So, I know Mass runs on DD, but I'm walking away. Never will I give them my money again.

I’ll start by saying, past 2 times I go here I’m shorted 1 dollar when receiving my change. It happen 2 times in 1 week so leads me to believe they do this all the time. Today was cherry on top, I ordered my son breakfast before school which included an order of snack bacon. It was pretty close to raw, to point nobody in car wanted to touch it. I understand you may get busy but food safety should always be top priority!! Another Dunkin on the “Do Not Visit” list.

Me and my girlfriend go to this dunkin every single morning before we head to work. They make our coffee perfect every single time but the staff is what makes this place. We are greeted every time with a smile and a welcoming "good morning guys" from almost every staff member. You guys rock and I really just wanted to say thank you. Everyone has struggles and battles in life and on my hard mornings you guys always brighten my day.
