When it's busy, the parking lot is awful. I ordered some donuts on the app 30 minutes before arriving and they were not ready. I had to wait in line and tell them to get my mobile order which defeats the purposes.

**Avoid this Dunkin at all possible costs.** My husband and I waited over 20 minutes in the drive through to just get two iced coffees at 12:30 in the afternoon. Once we got to the window you could tell there was no sense of urgency or care from any of the employees inside as the drive through piled up. Once we received the coffee it pretty much tasted like milk so not only did we waste over 20 minutes but $12 as well.

Five of us walk out of Dunkin’ Donuts. Horrible service, 4 staff on no team leadership. All focusing on drive thru no associates helping behind the counter to customers walking in and taking their orders and, during this time one employee slammed a drink down got asked my manager not to do that and walked out and quit yeah the owner better take lead on this establishment.

Ordered a caramel macchiato. Got a large iced regular with skim milk and sweet n low.
Take the time to go to another dunkin' if you actually want what you ordered. After 12:00. Forget it. They won't have any type of bread. Couple weeks back they were completely out of egg, how are you Dunkin and be out of egg? I love the morning crew better than the afternoon crew. When I was getting my coffee at 6:00 a.m. My coffee was never made wrong. But later on in the day the quality goes downhill. When they do have everything in the afternoon it tastes good.
