I work local to this location it’s the best in Franklin. We have tried others this one moves right along and is warm and welcoming. Low reviews here don’t even sound like this location whatsoever

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Dunkin’ location. I placed a mobile order and went to the drive-thru to pick it up, only to be told I had to go inside to get it. I’m disabled and physically unable to do so, yet the staff refused to accommodate me. This is not just poor customer service—it’s outright discrimination. If Dunkin’ wants to continue advertising mobile ordering as a convenient option, they need to ensure accessibility for all customers. I won’t be returning.

Amy makes the best iced macha lattes around. Just want to put that out there. Everyone is always nice at this dunkin and don’t have mean faces. Always smiling so I don’t know why they score low. This dunkin is low key underrated!

Nicest staff

Morning staff knows me now. I was original wrentham customer and came here. It’s between my house and wrentham. They have always been super nice and they didn’t even know me. The one bad employee is no longer there and it is great to see that. I was on the fence for a bit because I didn’t want to encounter her nasty snarl and nasty way of speaking to me. She is the one who wore glasses everyone else is sweet

I went through the drive thru, ordered my coffee and food. The screen had my coffee wrong so I tried to politely correct it and the response was “yeah got it” with no correction to my coffee. Got the window and coffee was still made wrong, i said this again at the window to receive the correct coffee as i needed a milk alternative due to intolerance and proceeded to again receive an incorrectly made coffee that I was unable yo drink.

Super disappointed bec I’ve been going to this Dunkin on my way to school sometimes and usually it’s been great service. I was talking to get my order and I stumbled on my words and the lady taking my order started laughing and mocking me. I have really bad social anexity, and just felt so shocked and honestly wanted to just cry. Went up to the window and it’s a 70yr old woman who obviously doesn’t want to be there. I wish I could have said something but idk in the moment I just wanted to get out of there. Will not be coming back anytime soon especially after that incident.

Every year at this time we look forward to the Halloween donuts here. This Dunkin’ Donuts has always been different with the decorating of the holiday donut. This year my assorted dozen had boy and girl spider donuts amongst many other variety of decorated donuts for the season. You score highly again year after year. We were wondering about the bat donuts though will you have them again

This is my fave location for dunks. They always make sure to call out a good morning and have a great day I would like to point out I read some of the reviews and unfortunately they could not fit 8-9 people working in this location. Seems to me some of the reviews may belong elsewhere in the Franklin or possibly wrentham this is a tiny location as of over a year now. I always receive what I order and if they are out of something it’s easily either refunded or substituted without additional charge or hassle. Which is why some of what has been said about this particular Dunkin’ Donuts does not seem valid. Again maybe they had a bad day it happens. But as long as I’ve been a customer here I have never had any problems or situations and the managers care

I go this location only now because i had a bad experience elsewhere in Franklin. I will say that the manager is one of the most kind hearted people i have met in this industry. Her and her partner in the mornings are ALWAYS happy kind and friendly. Any issue I may have she is always ready to fix it immediately with no questions asked. Thing is is this is a busy industry and mistakes happen if you take it directly to the location and directly to the manager I guarantee you’ll walk away feeling that you mattered. Thank you to you both

This location of dunkin has always been great. The manager and staff are great there’s only one mean one with glasses and she is blonde kinda. So maybe that is who people think are rude because she is pretty miserable but I’m not going to give bad ratings because of one person who is like that this locations has always been wonderful and so is the manager

Well people can write what they want. I have been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for years and the blond woman , there are more than one, but if they are trying to say it’s the manager. I have been going here again for years, is funny and upbeat and energetic and puts the customers first I’ve seen different situations when it was a place you could dine it at. Service business is not easy but she puts the customer and her employees first. I don’t understand it keep up the great work

There’s always issues with my orders. Today I got 2 coffees with some food and they forgot my coffee. My girlfriend picked up so she didn’t know that I got a coffee so I had to drive all the way back. When I got inside there were 8-9 people working with some of them just standing around and it took a couple minutes for anyone to even come up to me. After explaining they forgot my coffee and showing my exact order, they made me a new one in the wrong size Absolutely ridiculous with that many people there that my order got messed up twice. I would understand if it was busy but it wasn’t. Will not be returning. My regular dunkin never messes up my order with half the staff and 10 times the customers. Do better
