Really great food and whiskeys and service. The waitress was very diligent about checking on us and even when we kept declining more food / drink, she was still good about checking on us.
The ambiance was great and felt cozy. Our waiter was nice and helped us navigate the menu. We ordered the pork buns, short ribs, and crab and corn dip. The pork buns were meh. The meat was tough to chew. I wished they had simmered this until it was tender and add some more seasoning. The short ribs were great. The sauce that came with it needed to be slightly thicker so you could grab some with the plantains. We all agreed that the crab and corn dip was the best of all three appetizers....
Sunday brunch was delicious! The fruit compotes on the French toast made me not even use the maple syrup. Husband had the short rib hash and enjoyed it as well. Pear cocktail for me, Bloody Mary for him. Kelley was a great server, too!
