Even though it’s under new management it’s he same age left employees behind the counter being mean and obnoxious to me! I had trouble with that he old manager nam d Alicia who did not wantto wait on me and removed me only from the two Franklin stores by police paperwork. When I asked to talk to the new manager the heavy set girl with tattoos would not let me talk with the new owner ! What good is the sign if the new owner ship won’t talk to previous customers! I have no trouble at any other honey do except for Franklin ! I thought the new owners would change the rude policy there. I did nothing wrong to begin with and would like to explain myself to the new owner. I have to travel to Bellingham to get my coffee! They know what goes on in Franklin and laugh because I am not the only one that has this problem! Please contact me. You have people there that insulted me after the old people left and ripped me apart in front of other people saying they would not serve me

Went to get a coffee and sandwich the girl behind the counter made my coffee and refused to make me a sandwich due to to many customers in drive threw (not a soul in drive though lane) even though me and the customer behind me saw her make and hand out a sandwich to the last customer in the drive through sucks i used to like this location but did not appreciate the service today

No sign out nothing line of people waiting in line before work no one at speaker there should be a sign if ur closed wasted 20 mins waiting in a line to find out no one was there
Went for coffee and breakfast sandwiches and they were terrible, the bread was barely toasted and overall poor quality. My coffee was also made incorrectly ☹️

Parking lot/drive thru is a hundred times better and easier to maneuver than Dunkin up the street. Breakfast sandwiches are average but they have a much bigger selection than Dunkin. Also there’s never a massive line unlike Dunkin. If you’re not a die hard Dunkin fan I would say start going here
