Easily one of the best Jersey Mikes locations in New England. I've been picking up subs weekly from this spot for almost a year. They are very consistent, never make mistakes and always have my order ready on time. The staff are friendly and professional, a rarity in fast casual dining nowadays. I went here to pick up an order an I just want to recognize an employee that was working! Her name was Alex! She was amazing! Very loyal to the customers! She went above and beyond for the customer! She takes her job very serious a treats customers as she would want to be treated especially when it comes to handing out food! She is a great worker/employee an she deserves to be noticed! Keep that energy Alex we need more employees like you! To be honest I hope you get a bonus or a raise! The place was very clean! Walking in was welcoming!

I'm from Pennsylvania, so I never order a steak and cheese sub because I know I'll be disappointed. I always get the ham and provolone at Jersey Mike's, but today I decided to take a chance and got the steak and cheese. OMG!!! Best one I've had since the last time I was in PA. So good. ???

Placed an order for delivery because of child napping- the giant Italian had no banana peppers, no pickles, and no relished hots as I ordered. Essential a bare Italian which is not what I ordered. Super frustrating when I also was already paying a lot of money to get the lunch delivered.

Fast and efficient...dare I say...furious? I don't. Nice place though, lots of seats, clean, fast and friendly. 10 out of 10 although it wasn't in Jersey and I didn't see anyone named Mike...weird.

Ordered an Italian sub. It’s was basically thinly sliced ham with a ridiculous amount of oil on it to the point I could barely eat it. It took me forever to get the oil off of my kitchen table. I am so angry right now I can’t see straight. To top it off I walked in and two very young punks behind the counter just stared at me. I saw my take out bag on the counter with my name on it. Grabbed it and walked out and neither of them said one word to me. I guess I can’t expect much from 16 year old punks who could care less.Way to go Jersey Mikes!!!. Took my $30 dollars to pay those punks to completely screw me over. Sorry I’m a little salty because I’m hungry. Lol

Ordered 2 Turkey and provolone subs on wheat. I got regular white rolls, stale with very little turkey. Have gotten these many times before with no issues. It will be awhile before we order again.
