Ordered a regular size steak and cheese ( no onion or pepper). We were going to share it since they don't do steak and cheese in mini. Got it home and there was about a tablespoon of meat on each 1/2 of the sandwich . Had to scrape both sides together so husband could eat something.. And even that was sub par. Called the store to get a refund and manager said you didn't want onion and pepper you should order extra meat. I said there wasn't enough meat on there even if there had been onions and peppers there was absolutely almost no meat on the sandwich. She says we put a certain amount on and with onions and peppers it just seems like it's a lot less. I said well we had to scrape it together to make a half a sandwich that still wasn't a decent sandwich and she said next time order extra meat ( which they would charge for). I said that didn't seem right, and again she said next time... I said there won't be a next time.. (meaning I wouldn't order steak again) and she says that's fine we didn't need your order... She's was rude, and did not care that they served a sub standard product. Michaela... Do better.

I usually order from this Jersey Mike's location a lot, but I plan to hold off from going for a while. During my visit earlier this week, an employee who was wearing a mask and gloves had made my sandwich. After asking how my day was going, the employee randomly decided to mention that they had recently been sick, but they were feeling better.
To be quite honest, even though the employee was wearing a mask and gloves, the statement they made still kind of grossed me out and felt unnecessary to share, especially the fact that it was said while they were making my sandwich.

I love Jersey Mikes but this was my first visit at this location. The bread was stale and I didn’t know until after I drove away. This is usually a pride point in Jersey mikes. The staff were nice but disorganized. Moderately clean shop.
Easily one of the best Jersey Mikes locations in New England. I've been picking up subs weekly from this spot for almost a year. They are very consistent, never make mistakes and always have my order ready on time. The staff are friendly and professional, a rarity in fast casual dining nowadays. Inside is clean, subs are tasty: give this spot a try if you're in the neighborhood.

I went here to pick up an order an I just want to recognize an employee that was working! Her name was Alex! She was amazing! Very loyal to the customers! She went above and beyond for the customer! She takes her job very serious a treats customers as she would want to be treated especially when it comes to handing out food! She is a great worker/employee an she deserves to be noticed! Keep that energy Alex we need more employees like you! To be honest I hope you get a bonus or a raise! The place was very clean! Walking in was welcoming!

I went in yesterday, early evening, to place an order for a couple of sandwiches we saw on YouTube. I showed the guys each SHORT and they made each exactly as shown. The guys were patient and kind and now i think we’re addicted?.
