Staff is sweet but seemed untrained. Most items on the menu weren’t available. The 4th item I ordered was available (POG Agua Fresca) but was pretty meh. Given its location, this place could be way better

This place has really good drinks and boba!! However, the past three times I’ve gone, specifically to get a boba tea, they have been out of boba. Which is pretty disappointing/annoying since that’s essentially their speciality.

I’ve been visiting this boba shop consistently around 4:40 PM for the past few days and have always found their Thai milk tea to be exceptional. However, on Tuesday, I was surprised to find it closed at that hour, a first in my recent experiences. The gentleman there simply stated, “The boba tea was closed,” without offering further explanation. They had the whole area of the store closed just offering poke bowls.It reminded me somewhat of the often-broken McDonald’s ice cream machines—no indication of what was happening, just closed. This was certainly odd and a bit disappointing given the lack of communication.

The taste was not great and couldn't really feel the difference in taste between different flavors.

The boba is bad and did not cook properly. There are other places which are better than this and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

First time trying their boba tea, so excited to try a place with oat milk/almond milk options! My “Purple Roots” tasted amazing. Super refreshing in summer heat. I can’t wait to try more of their drinks

They have amazing boba tea. We are new to boba tea and appreciated having help figuring out what to order. The person who helped us was very nice, and we all loved what she suggested for us.

got a caramel Boba tea with tapioca Boba. I got expired milk and almost projectile vomited. worst thing I have consumed in a while. Price did not live up to expectations and only served in a large size.

Fresh brewed tea, yummy. My favorite milk tea place.

Overall, I love this place. The teas and drinks are amazing. The texture of the boba is perfect. Great non dairy options. Hong Kong Milk tea with coconut milk condensed milk and Pandan Pina Collision are my favorites! My biggest problem is their hours! I’m most likely to want a tea (or to get a coffee for a friend) in the morning but they don’t open until 12! I thought they used to open at 11 but even that is late! I’d love to get a boba tea in the morning!

Love their bubble tea! Service was a tad slow, but the flavor choice is great and both the tea and the bubbles are high quality.
