We just had to go make change at Starbucks because they can’t break “big bills”. A multi billion dollar company can’t break a $100. Tooooo funny. Managment should purchase a safe to make change and have a shift manager who controls it. NOT send people across the street to make their own change.

Didn’t even eat here. Called to ask if they still had the grinch meal. I had called multiple stores to ask this question and they were all very nice. Except this one. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and didn’t even answer my question. She accused me of calling her 3 times to ask this question and told me not to call again. Which unless Google had the same store listed 3 separate times I did not as I was just going down the list of stores in my area to see if anyone still had it since my twin boys were asking if they could go get one. I seriously suggest McDonald’s starts teaching phone manners at this store because it is clear that the people who work here have none

The food was consistent with other McDonalds, but I had mistakes on everything I ordered. I placed the order via the app, and the clerk working drive thru had me confirm it by pulling it up to show me at the speaker/menu. I'm actually sort of impressed.

Got a McGriddle asked for no huevo 🥚. They still managed to slap an egg on my McGriddle sammich. I threw that egg out my passenger side window. I watched that spongy ahhhhh egg bounce and roll like a kids bouncy ball out of my mirror. What the absolute H. E. double hockey sticks🏒 kind of egg bounces at least a couple feet in the air multiple times?

Terrible service, drive through took 20 mins. No one was in line. People are rude.
Strongly recommend that they should have one person dedicated to the front. A few times I need the spoon which were not provided with the mc furry or need ketchup .. I was standing there for quite a while and many of the worker that were in the kitchen saw me but no one asked to help. I finally have to call them out loud. This happen every time I bring my kid there.

Mobile orders always seem to be forgotten. If you pick up through the the drive thru they close your order and have pull up to keep the times low. Curbside is just ignored all together.

This is the worst experience I have ever gotten at McDonalds in my life. I was ordering through the drive through and I was told that the way I was doing it was incorrect and the lady was acting like me asking for my food was the hardest and worst thing she’s ever done. I left and didn’t place my order. Never coming back.
