The food was consistent with other McDonalds, but I had mistakes on everything I ordered. I placed the order via the app, and the clerk working drive thru had me confirm it by pulling it up to show me at the speaker/menu. I'm actually sort of impressed.

Got a McGriddle asked for no huevo 🥚. They still managed to slap an egg on my McGriddle sammich. I threw that egg out my passenger side window. I watched that spongy ahhhhh egg bounce and roll like a kids bouncy ball out of my mirror. What the absolute H. E. double hockey sticks🏒 kind of egg bounces at least a couple feet in the air multiple times?

Strongly recommend that they should have one person dedicated to the front. A few times I need the spoon which were not provided with the mc furry or need ketchup .. I was standing there for quite a while and many of the worker that were in the kitchen saw me but no one asked to help. I finally have to call them out loud. This happen every time I bring my kid there.

Mobile orders always seem to be forgotten. If you pick up through the the drive thru they close your order and have pull up to keep the times low. Curbside is just ignored all together.

This is the worst experience I have ever gotten at McDonalds in my life. I was ordering through the drive through and I was told that the way I was doing it was incorrect and the lady was acting like me asking for my food was the hardest and worst thing she’s ever done. I left and didn’t place my order. Never coming back.
This McDonald's location, like many others in cities across the country, has been recently remodeled and is well-maintained, with a clean and modern appearance. Customers can place their orders using the convenient kiosks on-site or opt to order online and pick up their food.

It didn't take to long for the food to arrive. I asked for a large Pepsi and they gave me a small coke and wouldn't let me get the original drink I ordered. It also smelt like smoke because their was about 40 emo kids smoking and vaping and playing rock. McDonald's get a handle on that. next time I'll go to the one across town or just go to burger King.

Me and my coworker come here 1 to 2 times a week, the past few months it's been pretty decent, cold food a few times but that's fine. We went on Monday and the food was warm but the mcchickens had spoiled mayonnaise that was turned to gelatin and tasted sour. Today we went and not only was the food cold, the fries looked like they had been dropped on the floor and upon further inspection there was a ROACH LEG on one of the fries! Couldn't find it when I took the picture because I already threw the food away then dug it back out of the trash.
Whatever is going on with this location needs to be addressed ASAP, this is wild and iv gone to McDonald's all over this country and never experienced this!
