My problem other than a $2.10 up charge for a slice of cheese is that the care in which the food is made similar to McDonald’s. I don’t believe the problem is with this particular location I think is an issue with Panera on a corporate level

I’m disappointed with my recent experience at Panera Bread in Franklin, MA. My daughter brought me lunch and dinner while I was unwell, but the order was messed up — for the second time. When I called to address the issue, I was hoping for better resolution or at least some empathy. Unfortunately, the manager declined to have the corrected items sent to me, even though I wasn’t in a condition to leave my home.
This lack of effort to make things right leaves me hesitant to continue ordering from this location. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled makes all the difference. I hope Panera Franklin prioritizes better service and attention to detail in the future.

The team lead Mary, was unbelievably inpatient with elderly customers, combative towards staff asking questions, and as a customer she was short and VERY rude. Bad day or not you don’t bring that to work.

Food is ok. But let's all be honest... its not worth the almost $60.00 I paid for 3 lunches today. ... and that's the reason we so rarely frequent

Super nice staff and manager but after three tries had to ask for a refund because coffee was clear, then tea colored and omg terrible bitter..Was so excited about drinking a wonderful smooth hazelnut coffee and what I got was not what I expected at all..Super disappointed WOW I'm shocked..The coffee sucked..lol

Best one yet. Young lady set up at 4 person table near front door. Laptop, TWO monitors, no food and bare feet propped up on chair in front of her. Surely you have protocols for this? People are trying to eat. (Would never invade someone's privacy by taking a picture but I wish I had in this instance)

Wife got a coupon for a free dessert for her birthday. She went to redeem a cookie for our daughter a week later. It expired a day ago and the manager came out and said no too bad. Wow. Those cookies would have been thrown out when they closed in a few hours anyways. Terrible customer service, manager needs to be retrained.

First time at this location. Place was very clean, service was great, and was out the door with my order within minutes.

Started making my sandwich after the given pickup time, and then forgot about it halfway through. They were busy so I wanted to give them a minute, but they never figured it out and I had to ask them to finish making my sandwich.
