It’s been a long time since I ate at a Panera, but I just enjoyed a Mediterranean half sandwich w/o the feta, 1oz bag of chips and a half and half lemonade/iced tea. The woman who took my order was friendly and helpful, the woman who handed me my order smiled. The bread was fresh, the cucumbers crispy, lettuce and veggies tasty, and the hummus creamy. And the portions realistic.

Panera locations much healthier than most all other fast food restaurants.

Shawn noticed an issue with my order before I did apologized and proactively made it right. In a world of crap customer service I hope this guy is the boss because he is a leader and a solid person.
Fast service, delicious food, friendly staff, and a clean atmosphere. What can I ask more? I have ordered a Green Goddess Avocado Toast and Kickin' Grilled Cheese. The avocado toast was awesome as always, and the grilled cheese had a kickin' hot sauce. My hubby ordered an orange scone and Asiago Sausage Bagel. He loved both. I personally think it's a little pricey and the store itself has an odor that stays with you after you leave. But this is true for everywhere now. So, thank you for the great service. 👍

I met my daughter here for late lunch. The entire floor was soaking wet and being mopped at 1pm… not sure why that couldn’t have waited till a less busy time ? We ordered food and attempted to find a clean table to no avail. Literally all tables were filthy so we wiped it down ourselves. When we got our order my daughter found a hair floating around in her soup before she took her first bite and the spoons were unclean so we had to grab some plastic ones. So lunch was not eaten and we won’t be back anytime soon. It was a disappointing and costly experience .
My problem other than a $2.10 up charge for a slice of cheese is that the care in which the food is made similar to McDonald’s. I don’t believe the problem is with this particular location I think is an issue with Panera on a corporate level

I’m disappointed with my recent experience at Panera Bread in Franklin, MA. My daughter brought me lunch and dinner while I was unwell, but the order was messed up — for the second time. When I called to address the issue, I was hoping for better resolution or at least some empathy. Unfortunately, the manager declined to have the corrected items sent to me, even though I wasn’t in a condition to leave my home.
This lack of effort to make things right leaves me hesitant to continue ordering from this location. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled makes all the difference. I hope Panera Franklin prioritizes better service and attention to detail in the future.

The team lead Mary, was unbelievably inpatient with elderly customers, combative towards staff asking questions, and as a customer she was short and VERY rude. Bad day or not you don’t bring that to work.

Food is ok. But let's all be honest... its not worth the almost $60.00 I paid for 3 lunches today. ... and that's the reason we so rarely frequent

Best one yet. Young lady set up at 4 person table near front door. Laptop, TWO monitors, no food and bare feet propped up on chair in front of her. Surely you have protocols for this? People are trying to eat. (Would never invade someone's privacy by taking a picture but I wish I had in this instance)

Wife got a coupon for a free dessert for her birthday. She went to redeem a cookie for our daughter a week later. It expired a day ago and the manager came out and said no too bad. Wow. Those cookies would have been thrown out when they closed in a few hours anyways. Terrible customer service, manager needs to be retrained.
