It’s been a long time since I ate at a Panera, but I just enjoyed a Mediterranean half sandwich w/o the feta, 1oz bag of chips and a half and half lemonade/iced tea. The woman who took my order was friendly and helpful, the woman who handed me my order smiled. The bread was fresh, the cucumbers crispy, lettuce and veggies tasty, and the hummus creamy. And the portions realistic.
Shawn noticed an issue with my order before I did apologized and proactively made it right. In a world of crap customer service I hope this guy is the boss because he is a leader and a solid person.
Fast service, delicious food, friendly staff, and a clean atmosphere. What can I ask more? I have ordered a Green Goddess Avocado Toast and Kickin' Grilled Cheese. The avocado toast was awesome as always, and the grilled cheese had a kickin' hot sauce. My hubby ordered an orange scone and Asiago Sausage Bagel. He loved both. I personally think it's a little pricey and the store itself has an odor that stays with you after you leave. But this is true for everywhere...
