Franklin, MA PAPGINOS has old feeling and needs to be renovated. Next the amount of meat and bacon they put on pizzas is not enough. I usually get a bacon chicken ranch pizza and for 27 dollars you should get more the then a few pieces of bacon and chicken. Same with the gluten free pizzas really 23 dollars for Italian riccota cheese. Its sickning what you over charge.
Parking: Parking is difficult and there never anyone at the register when you get there. Need to wait for someone to check you out
1) I ordered a pizza for delivery and it didnt come for whatever reason. 2) i called back to ask questions about getting my money back and the manager hung up on me before i can ask questions. 3) i called back a second time and the manager was so rude and deserve to be fired the way she was talking to me. 4) im going there tomorrow to see what her problem is and to see if she will have that same energy, i doubt it.

I haven't been to a Papa Gino's in a pretty long time, so forgive me if this is "normal", but my pizza was HORRIBLE. Half was covered in grease, the other half looked barely cooked. Idk if the oven just wasn't the right temp or if this is somehow now considered acceptable, but I wasted $20 on a large pizza that I ate literally 2 bites of before throwing the entire thing in the trash.
Perhaps my expectations of Papa Gino's being as good as it used to be is unrealistic? Maybe they were just having a bad night? Idk, but what I do know is I could've went ANYWHERE, and I chose to go here and will not do that again.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Pizza at this location is the best. Crispy crust, just the right amount of toppings, sauce and cheese. Always great for takeout.
