These people work very hard. I asked why pick up times are always higher on the weekends. I did nit realize it but there oven only holds 15 to 20 items at a time. On Fridays they start getting orders for 5 pm at 10 am so 5 to 530 is full up before 3pm and that is why you have to order early on tge weekends.

It's Papa Gino's. You know what you're getting. What makes this place stand out is the service. I almost never go anywhere where the staff makes me feel like they appreciate my business, but this place does. The staff is courteous and competent and deserve praise for the level of service they provide.

Sad to say it was the worst experience from any Papa Gino's I ever been to. 7 staff tonight, only ordered a bread stick and small cheese. Took an hour to get our food, only after we had to check on it. All the staff were joking around no care to any service. Bread sticks cold and undercooked. Manager did reimburse the meal but clearly did not know how to manage a team or provide service to customers. Regrettably I will never go back to that one ever again. Hope service is better for everyone else.

I work in the plaza and often times end up working through my lunch break due to the demand of my job. I was starving and craving pepperoni pizza at 815pm when I finally found time to eat. Ordered from Papa Ginos, went to pick up the two slices I ordered, got back to my job and opened the box to find two old slices of cheese.... disappointed to say the least. They couldn't even slap some pepperoni on it and at least try to save it. Crust was hard as a rock too. At least the fries were decent. Oh well. Guess that's what I get for ordering so close to closing time.
Franklin, MA PAPGINOS has old feeling and needs to be renovated. Next the amount of meat and bacon they put on pizzas is not enough. I usually get a bacon chicken ranch pizza and for 27 dollars you should get more the then a few pieces of bacon and chicken. Same with the gluten free pizzas really 23 dollars for Italian riccota cheese. Its sickning what you over charge.
Parking: Parking is difficult and there never anyone at the register when you get there. Need to wait for someone to check you out
