Just tried for the first time. My daughter & I were starving after being at a dance competition all day & decided to order online from here for dinner. Our proteins were mixed up. I got hers, she got mine. Mine had all of the toppings she asked for & I had all of hers. Mine also had like 3 pieces of protein when we both ordered double. Her bowl was pretty full, mine was half full. Overall it was still good but I wish I read the reviews here first because it seems like a lot of people complaining about the same issues we had. As well as others who reviewed, we also got the text that our order was ready for pick up & it hadn’t even been started yet. Also, double check that they gave you utensils! We got halfway back to our destination when I thought to double check & low & behold- no utensils lol

Sadly, after going to Pokemoto regularly since its opening, I won’t be going back. The young people working here are fine, and pleasant. Unfortunately the high-turnover in management is what’s hurting this place. The current manager (as of this review) is horrendous! She has a bad attitude coupled with zero customer service skills. Very unfortunate…
I had earned a free bowl, when I went to use it, I was told it needed to be a “signature bowl” and my custom bowl didn’t qualify (even though it had in the past, AND was the same price). So, I came back the next day with my son to try and redeem again, this time ordering the signature bowl. However, my son incorrectly ordered a large. The same manager came rushing up and aggressively said “I told you yesterday it needed to be a regular bowl!” I told her my son ordered the large on accident and we would gladly pay the difference. She replied “it doesn’t work that way!” I asked how we resolve this and her response was “you need to pay for the bowl.” When I asked if they would remake the smaller size or pay the difference, she refused and threw the bowl in the trash and turned away from me.
I’m hopeful someone above her in the organization can use this as a coaching opportunity. But, based on the turnover I’ve seen lately, I’m not expecting it.

Just walked out the door. Four of us standing at the counter, waiting for boba, for several minutes. Not helped, not a greeting, not a look in our direction. Fail.

I always buy pokemoto and it’s always delicious, just went there yesterday (02/05/2025) and I got the three protein bowl. The same day I got food poisoning, I threw up over 5 times. Will definitely never return again!

Pokemoto, as someone who used to work there, is disgusting. Not only were they still operating with a roach problem, but they have also had mice, and drain flies; which is illegal. At some point there was a dead mouse at the bottom of one of the cilantro containers, and they continued operation as per usual the following day. They continue to keep prices the same yet lower both the quality and quantity of the food given, and on top of that, are careless with a ton of FDA regulations. Even as an employee, they kept this from myself and the others. Pokémoto Franklin is NASTY!!!

The past two times my daughter and I have been in we have had the same person. They are really nice and were able to help my 10year old daughter order when she wasn’t ? sure of what she wanted .
I usually order online because I'm usually in a rush. My food is always ready in a timely manner and the online ordering system is pretty accurate as to when it will be ready.

We purchased three poke bowls ,I ordered on the kiosk but when I went to the counter to pick up my order no one had clue. Employees were lost and after giving the order number one young boy started saying we ran out of rice. Then another employee corrected him. After that he messed up our order by adding wrong ingredients and excess sauce.I was so disappointed with the service and the food. We love pokemoto but this experience was horrible and this was the time I was introducing pokemoto to my family. These employees need more training and consistency with the service. It’s not that hard to mix few ingredients in a bowl. Hope next experience will be better than today.
