Like other reviews, many of the drink options were STILL unavailable, and they were out of regular cow’s milk. The only options were almond or oat milk. I asked if they could substitute condensed milk instead but was told no. I’m allergic to almonds, so I had to choose oat milk, which completely overpowered the flavor of my drink.
My friend ordered a Thai tea, which is typically made with sweetened condensed or evaporated milk, but they said they could only make it with oat or almond milk as well. Their recipe is not authentic.
Another issue was the hidden pricing. The menu says to “choose a milk” but doesn’t mention there’s an upcharge for it. I don’t think it’s reasonable to charge extra when the standard milk options aren’t available, especially since milk is required for our drinks in the first place.
Overall, we left disappointed and don’t plan to return.

Used to love this place but my family got takeout and we all got sick from their food last week. We ordered three tuna bowls and one chicken. My son didn’t eat his tuna bowl cuz there was too much spice in his, so therefore he didn’t get sick. We all ate at different times so we all know it was Pokemoto’s food that gave us food poisoning.

Freshest Poke bowls around and the combinations are amazing! Staff is usually friendly and accomodating. I'm usually packing a 3-protein bowl made of chicken, salmon and the lobster salad. My go to sauce is the umami shoyu, but just know you can try any of the sauces before you get it mixed in. Also, big fan of the musubis. Mahalo Pokemoto!

I am pretty sure this location has changed ownership as it's been on a steady decline in the last few months. They've done away with their awesome loyalty program, which is always telling and indicative of greed. I typically will order my bowls through delivery. The last 3 times (and this will be my last as lesson learned) they have completely just skipped on adding in ingredients. Today I got a bowl that was missing FIVE ingredients! These bowls are not cheap they are like $18. It literally had Daikon, fish and rice puffs. I thought it was a joke. I used to love this place so much but when you put profits over quality then it's only a matter of time.

Food is great most of the time. Often out of offerings. Services is abysmal, wait times are extremely long for both boba and bowls. Staff is generally rude and dismissive when taking uber eats / DoorDash orders over customers in the location. Tables are often dirty, and unkept.
Also why so much trash? Stainless bowl and mixing seems a bit more environmentally friendly.

It’s a shame they don’t have better people working there. Every time I’m in, the food takes severely long to get, and they’re out of almost everything. Workers don’t seem to know what they’re doing, and show that through the entire experience. The only good thing about pokemoto in Franklin is the atmosphere. Pretty area, but that’s all.
