Amazing Starbucks! We were in the area on a trip and my daughter wanted Starbucks. The people working there knew the regulars as they walked in the door. They were very friendly and super fun to listen to as they worked. No issues but great visit

Employees tried to keep up with the customers and the morning setup but as most places they are understaffed and overworked.

I usually always come to this location versus the one across town cause the staff is nice and it’s never usually a long wait. Well, whoever was working the drive through window today (9/13/24) around 11:30 AM was rude as hell. As I was heading to the window I was searching in my purse for my wallet which I ended up not being able to find. I was super embarrassed and told him ā€œI’m so sorry I have to go home and get my wallet I must have forgotten itā€ (I didn’t even think to use the app cause I was just embarrassed) anyway, when I said that to him he just looked at me, rolled his eyes and slammed the drive through window shut…

I ended up coming back through after I realized I could just use the app and he was obviously still at the window and when he saw me he again rolled his eyes, said nothing, handed me my order and shut the window.

I have no clue why he was so annoyed or inconvenienced by the fact I forgot my wallet but he sure as hell made it very clear how he felt. I understand people have bad days and the service industry can be a pain in the ass but there was no need for him to act the way he did and make me feel more embarrassed than I already was.

By far my favorite Starbucks in town. Everyone is always so friendly and they make me feel at home. My latte always tastes delicious. Steph is the absolute sweetest and most attentive person there, she always seems genuinely happy to see me and she makes sure I love my drink before I leave. <3

I’d like to preempt the woman who would most certainly leave a one-star review and who was clearly having a bad day and decided to take it out on the employees here. Apparently she didn’t like the way her drink was made, which is fine, but the way in which she addressed the staff was despicable.

I hope she reads this and realize she was completely in the wrong in how she handled it, while on the other hand, the manager who came out and told her that she’d be happy to help but also told her that no one can talk to to her employees in such a manner was the clear winner.

For what it’s worth, my Nitro Cold Brew was made perfectly.

People, it’s just coffee. Chill out.

With the line at the drive through, I elected to go inside. The Sunday mid morning was in full swing, but being efficiently handled. All of the baristas were happy to be there and friendly, not only with customers, but each other. I was checked in while waiting, to make sure they were taking care of it in a timely manner. They even had the crushed ice! Exactly the boost I needed before a long drive up to NH ?
