Very modern inside but hard to find from the street. Decor is all new and recently remodeled. Very large inside and can definitely fit more tables. Service was immediate and food was hot. A TV with local news was a good addition.

so disappointed. we have been getting our subs here and tonight, drove twenty minutes there, and then home, opened the subs and the buns were hard as a rock...stale. we drove back and got a refund and told them we felt insulted...ie they must have known they were stale when they cut into them. horrible.

This is the worst Subway I've ever been to. The employees are arguing amongst each other. Making it a real hostile environment for customers.

Ever been caught between reality and Heaven? Well I have. Multiple times. At the Franklin Subway. I believe there are only two perfect people who have ever walked this earth, Jesus Christ and Jay from Subway. The ham layering - astounding, the mayonnaise coating - staggering, and the unpretentious sprinkling of gently-strained Mediterranean Sea Salt and Andes-grown rich black pepper brings my mouth to a climax one often spends a lifetime searching for. If there ever comes a point where you have to choose between life and a Jay Subway-sandwich, please think long and hard because I promise, there is no greater joy that I've experienced. Jay - Thank YOU.

Not a good location. Went in there with a coupon for a 5.99 footlong and was told at the register that they would not accept the coupon, and that the coupon was only valid for the subs that were printed out in a piece of paper only at the register. I got double meat double cheese etc and the coupon clearly stated that the additionals were extra, as it’s always been, but she still refused it. I wasn’t expecting a 5.99 sub, I was expecting the base cost of the sub to be 5.99 and then pay for the extras I had gotten. Not only did she not want to listen to me about it, she was also very condescending and demeaning. I used to eat here every couple weeks and while the service there has never been super, this was not acceptable. I’ve used that same coupon I’ve received in the mail for years and this is the first time a subway has not taken it.

i work close to this store and used to frequent this subway. i was a huge fan, until it became such a bother for them to help serve me (as if that’s not what they’re being paid to do). between being charged extra for double scoop of chicken in a salad (that is supposed to come with 2 scoops), to the rude service, to the skimp sandwiches and salads; i will no longer support this business due to the decline in quality of customer service & of the food that they are serving.

We have been patrons of this store since it opened. It has switched owners not yet a decade ago. Food quality and service has always been good. However, lately the owners seem to be upping their game. It's even better. The new Subway menu has helped make it even more yummier. This is our store and we remain loyal despite a new and closer one arriving in Norfolk. This is the good stuff!

Went here around 1:30 to grab a bite to eat. Aside from my sandwich being fine with no complaints, the lady at the counter was the rudest most uninviting employee I have ever seen at any subway. Im honestly surprised that there are pretty decent reviews. I will be going to a different one for now on because every time I come here it’s the same vibe and nobody got time or the money for that mess every time they’re there.

Service was extremely slow and we were the only ones there. Server just nonchalantly made sandwiches, almost passive-aggressively slow. I won't be back.

The whole point of ordering online is to not stand in the line. They made our order and kept it with them near the cash register. So I assumed they need to make it and waited in line for my online order. When its finally my turn i realize it was done and ready to go the whole time. Such a waste of time! I ordered online coz I was short on time and already late to where I was going.
